Xiamen, December 23 (Reporter Yang Fushan) Exhibiting more than 40 sculptures and oil paintings by a group of Russian People's Artists and Professors, the "Great Art Without Boundaries - Exhibition of Works of The People's Artists of Russia" opened on the 23rd at the Wansongding Art Museum in Xiamen, and the exhibition period will last until January 8 next year, free of charge to the public.
Wang Luolin, former executive vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zhong Xingguo, former deputy secretary of the Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, Xu Mo, former member of the Standing Committee and secretary general of the Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, Zhao Shengli, vice chairman and secretary general of the Fujian Artists Association, Zhang Liping, chairman of the Xiamen Artists Association, Yang Wei, secretary general of the Annual Conference of Chinese Art Critics, and nearly 100 artists and guests from all walks of life attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition.

Yan Yuexi, director of the Propaganda Department of the Siming District Committee of Xiamen, said at the opening ceremony that he hoped that with this exhibition as an opportunity, more Russian parties could bring cultural and educational projects to Xiamen in the future, and contribute to the Xiamen BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership Innovation Base Project.
According to the relevant person from the curator of the exhibition, the four Russian artists participating in the exhibition were: Sidorov Valenkin, honorary life president of the Russian Artists Association and Russian People's Artist; Andrey Kovalchuk, People's Artist of Russia and current chairman of the Russian Artists Association; Yevgeny Romanshko, People's Artist of Russia and academician of the Russian Academy of Arts; Kurasov Sergei K. K. Kurasov Sergei, current president of the Moscow State Academy of Arts and Crafts and a member of the presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts. Vladimirovich.

Produced by Huang Xintian and curated by artist Shen Xinxin, the Russian International Culture and Art Charity Foundation, together with the Russian Artists Association, the Fujian Provincial Artists Association, the Propaganda Department of the Siming District Committee, the Moscow State Academy of Arts and Crafts and the Wansongding Art Museum, co-organized.
As the main initiator of this exhibition, the Russian International Foundation for Culture and Art Charity represents the Russian Artists Association in the artistic exchanges between Russia and other countries, as well as academic exchanges between the Moscow State Academy of Arts and Crafts and universities around the world.

The four Russian artists participating in this exhibition all held honorary chairmanships at the foundation; Shen Xinxin, the chief curator and curator of the exhibition, was the executive director of the foundation, and the curator Guo Xiaobin was the executive chairman.
Shen Xinxin said that this exhibition is a witness to the friendship between China and Russia, and hopes that the exhibition can make a contribution to further strengthening cooperation and friendly relations between China and Russia in the field of art. (End)
