
In order to promote the excavation, protection, utilization and promotion of intangible cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province and along the Grand Canal, promote the exchange and mutual learning, integration and development of intangible cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin and along the Grand Canal in the province, dig deep into the resources of "Shandong Handmade", enrich and expand the connotation of "Shandong Handmade", and accelerate the implementation of the Shandong Handmade Promotion Project, under the guidance of the Department of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, sponsored by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Shandong Province and the People's Government of Tai'an Municipality, and the Shandong Provincial Cultural Center (Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center), Organized by Tai'an Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, co-organized by the Qilu (Zoucheng) Exhibition Base of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition and Exhibition Research Center, and curated by the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition and Exhibition Research Center, the "Deed of River Harmony: 2021 Intangible Cultural Heritage Exchange and Exhibition Week along the Yellow River Basin and along the Grand Canal" will be held at the Taishan International Convention and Exhibition Center from December 23 to 26.
With the theme of "Promoting the Revitalization of Traditional Handicrafts and Strengthening the Systematic Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage", the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exchange and Exhibition Week will hold the opening ceremony of the special stage performance of the yellow river basin and the special intangible cultural heritage (festival) along the Grand Canal at 10 o'clock on the 23rd at the Taishan Grand Theater, fully demonstrating the unique artistic charm of the intangible cultural heritage along the Yellow River Basin and the Grand Canal, and highlighting the fruitful results of the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage along the Yellow River Basin and the Grand Canal. The exhibition is divided into two parts: "The Continuation of Civilization" and the exhibition of traditional crafts for the revitalization of the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province and the exhibition of the achievements of the provincial cultural and ecological reserve along the Grand Canal of Shandong Province.
Shandong sits on the Yellow River, the Grand Canal, Tai'an is known as the "Guotai Min'an" beautiful meaning, the Yellow River and the Grand Canal at the foot of Mount Tai meet, the river and the contract, the country is unharmed. It is understood that this exhibition takes the "Deed of River harmony" as the clue, through the selection of the five theme traditional craft projects of "gold, wood, water, fire and earth" in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province, and the relevant intangible cultural heritage projects of the four provincial cultural and ecological protection zones along the Taierzhuang Canal, Zoulu, Taishan and Linqing Canal culture along the Grand Canal, deeply excavates the era value of the Yellow River and the Grand Canal culture, and shows the historical context of the Chinese nation that has been alive and well for thousands of years through the deepest spiritual pursuit accumulated by Chinese culture for thousands of years.
The reporter learned that this exhibition activity will adopt the method of static exhibition, dynamic display and live performance, show the colorful excellent traditional handicrafts of Shandong Province, reflect the cultural connotation of Shandong handmade manufacturing of "hand in hand, beautiful life", promote the overall protection of intangible cultural heritage, strengthen the dissemination and exchange of intangible cultural heritage, tell the Shandong chapter of the Chinese story, and present a wonderful exhibition feast for the majority of Tai'an citizens.
