According to the website of the Qujing Municipal Government of Yunnan Province, the Qujing City New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters issued a "Letter to Qujing University Students Abroad" on December 13, saying that it is about to usher in the winter vacation and the Spring Festival, and warmly reminds Qujing students studying abroad and in medium- and high-risk areas in China that they do not have to return home, and those who return from provinces without epidemics will report to the community as soon as they return home, provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and truthfully report the itinerary.

The Qujing City COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters told Qujing university students in the letter that you are about to usher in the winter vacation and Spring Festival in 2022. I would like to extend festive greetings and good wishes to you in advance. At present, the new crown pneumonia epidemic is accelerating globally, and the domestic local epidemic situation is intertwined with multi-point sporadic and local cluster outbreaks. With the Spring Festival approaching, the mobility of personnel has increased, the number of gathering activities has increased, and the risk of epidemic transmission has further increased. It is particularly important to implement personal protection measures to reduce the risk of infection and ensure the health of every returning student and relatives and friends in their hometown. Here, I would like to make the following warm tips to the college students who are about to return home:

1. Reasonable arrangements for returning home. Qujing students studying abroad and in medium- and high-risk areas in China do not have to return to their hometowns, and if they really need to return to their hometowns, they should take the initiative to report the specific time of return and the transportation they took and other relevant information to the community (village committee) where they live 3 days in advance, and report to the community as soon as they return home, and actively cooperate with the prevention and control measures. Those returning from low-risk areas in epidemic provinces and border counties (cities) shall report to the community as soon as they return home, provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, truthfully report the itinerary, and consciously monitor their health at home for 7 days. Those returning from provinces without epidemics shall report to the community as soon as they return home, provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and truthfully report the itinerary.

Second, do a good job of personal protection. Safety and health is the premise of all good, everyone is the "first responsible person" for their own health, when returning to the journey must take a safe and secure means of transportation; must be standardized throughout the whole process of wearing masks; wash hands frequently, try not to touch public objects, reduce stays in crowded places; get off the plane, train, car to replace the mask in time.

Third, reduce flow and aggregation. During the holiday period, it is necessary to achieve "one less, two not three attention". "One less", that is, to reduce travel, it is recommended that everyone "minimize travel outside the city". "Two noes" is "no dinner, no gathering", it is recommended that everyone should not hold and participate in unnecessary dinners and gathering activities as much as possible. "Three attentions", one is to pay attention to the scientific wearing of masks in public places, timely hand cleaning and disinfection; the second is to pay attention to maintaining a social distance of more than 1 meter with others when going out; the third is to pay attention to fever, cough and other symptoms, timely go to the nearest fever clinic for treatment, and take the initiative to inform yourself of the travel history and contact history within 14 days, wear a mask on the way to the doctor, avoid taking public transportation, and minimize contact with others.

Fourth, pay attention to food hygiene. Do not eat or eat less raw and cold food, do not drink raw water, choose safe and secure ingredients, eat food after cooking thoroughly, and carefully purchase cold chain food; do not prey on wild animals, do not indiscriminately eat grass and appendages; do not go to roadside stalls and other places that lack sanitary conditions to eat, do not eat sanwu food, and do not throw food packaging bags. When eating out, pay attention to protection, reduce meal time, and use male spoons and chopsticks.

Fifth, cultivate a healthy and civilized lifestyle. Advocate the "six new trends" of healthy and civilized life: keeping distance, washing hands diligently, sharing meals and chopsticks, eliminating bad habits, scientific fitness, tobacco control and alcohol restrictions. Strive to be a promoter, practitioner, volunteer and advocate of the national health city with practical actions.

Qujing City's NEW CROWN PNEUMONIA Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters finally wishes the students of Guangdong University good health, happiness and a bright future!
