On February 10, the General Headquarters for the Prevention and Control of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic in Huludao City, Liaoning Province, issued a notice saying that from now on, The village of Woling in Jiabeiyan Township, Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, will be set as a high-risk area; the second phase of Shenghuayuan, a workers' community in Suizhong Town, Suizhong County, will be set as a medium-risk area.
Starting from 23:00 on February 10, 2022, Building 49 of Jinda Home Community in Luyuanchun Community, Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, and Building 4 of Jiayuan Community of Lujiayuan Community in Wumiaotun Community will be adjusted to medium-risk areas.
At present, there are 5 high-risk areas and 52 medium-risk areas in the country.

In order to accurately do a good job in the epidemic prevention and control work under the emergency state of "external prevention of import and internal prevention and rebound" of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in our city, resolutely overcome the paralyzing thinking and war-weariness, and effectively control and reduce the risk of the import of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the following epidemic prevention and control suggestions are hereby proposed to the general public:
1. Do not go to Woling Village, Jiabeiyan Township, Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, and Shenghuayuan Phase II of Workers' Community, Suizhong Town, Suizhong County; Building 49, Jinda Home Community, Luyuanchun Community, Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, No. 4, Lujiayuan Community, Wumiaotun Community, areas where cases occur, and high- and medium-risk areas that have been announced in China. If you must go, you need to report to the community, village or territorial CDC in advance, and do a good job of personal protection.
2. Please take the initiative to report personnel who have intersected with the published trajectory of the case and those who have a history of residence in high school risk areas. Actively report the trajectory of activities and contact history within 14 days, do not participate in agglomeration activities, do not go to crowded public places, and actively cooperate with nucleic acid testing and implement relevant control measures. If the prevention and control of the epidemic is affected by not reporting or implementing relevant prevention and control measures, the corresponding responsibilities will be pursued in accordance with law.
Third, all those who arrive and return to our city need to scan the QR code of "Registration of Returnees" (see the figure below) 2-3 days in advance before arriving in our city, fill in the information truthfully and completely, and report to the community of residence.
Fourth, all hotels, hotels, homestays and other units providing accommodation in the city need to strictly implement the temperature measurement, health code and itinerary code for all staying passengers, such as the discovery of medium and high-risk areas or cases in the area of residence history of Laiqing personnel, to the community (village tun) or the local CDC in a timely manner, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures.
V. Strengthen personal protection and be the first person responsible for health. Non-essential gathering activities are not necessary. In crowded and closed places, adhere to scientific norms to wear masks, and develop good hygiene habits and healthy lifestyles such as frequent hand washing, regular ventilation, "one-meter line", public spoons and chopsticks, cough etiquette, etc.
6. If there are fever, fatigue, myalgia, diarrhea, dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, conjunctivitis and other "ten symptoms" of new crown pneumonia, please do not take your own medication, wear a mask as soon as possible to the nearest medical institution fever clinic for medical treatment, avoid taking public transportation during the treatment, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures.
7. Timely and proactive vaccination of the new crown vaccine to build an immune barrier. Recently, sporadic cases of new coronavirus pneumonia have occurred in many places in China, and vaccination against new crown virus is an effective measure to prevent new crown pneumonia, which can reduce the infection rate, severe disease rate and case fatality rate, and it is the responsibility and obligation of every citizen. Those who meet the conditions but have not yet been vaccinated, including those who have not completed the full vaccination, are requested to take the initiative to go to the vaccination point in the jurisdiction to receive the new crown vaccine as soon as possible, and establish a population immunization barrier as soon as possible.
Eighth, when handling overseas items mailed by individuals or express parcels in domestic epidemic-related areas, it is necessary to do a good job of personal protection, try to unpack outdoors, and implement good hand hygiene and disinfection of items. At the same time, the cold and fresh food is handled correctly.
