Blue Whale Automobile on December 13, the sky eye inspection showed that Zhejiang Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes, Li Shufu withdrew from the chairman position, and general manager Zhou Jianqun concurrently served as chairman.

According to public information, Zhejiang Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group Co., Ltd. was established in February 2016 with a registered capital of 500 million yuan, wholly owned by Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd., and the actual controller is Li Shufu. Headquartered in Hangzhou, it is responsible for the overall organization and group management and operation of commercial vehicle product technology research and development, production procurement and marketing business, and has sub-brands including remote cars, Hanma Technology, and Ouling Motors.

It is worth mentioning that in January this year, Li Shufu also withdrew from the director of Beichen Automobile (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and the legal representative of Geely Technology Group Co., Ltd.

Geely Automobile's total sales in November were 135869 units, down about 10% year-on-year and up about 22% month-on-month. Among them, the sales volume of new energy vehicles was 16,161 units, an increase of about 137% year-on-year. In addition, the company's export volume in November 2021 increased by about 11% year-on-year to 13,065 units, reaching the highest monthly export volume level since October 2013.

According to the financial report, in the first half of this year, Geely Automobile achieved operating income of 45.03 billion yuan, an increase of 22.3% year-on-year; net profit of 2.41 billion yuan, an increase of 3.84% year-on-year. In the first half of the year, Geely Automobile's total sales volume was 630,200 units, an increase of 19% year-on-year. As of June 30, 2021, Geely employed approximately 34,000 people, compared to 38,000 at the end of the previous year.
