According to the Tianyancha APP, on December 12, Zhejiang Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes, Li Shufu withdrew from the chairman position, and general manager Zhou Jianqun concurrently served as chairman.

It is reported that Zhou Jianqun was the vice president of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and an expert of the China Automotive Industry Expert Committee. In 1996, he served as the director and general manager of Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd., in 2003 he served as the director and vice president of the board of directors of Wanxiang Group, and in 2014 he served as Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd.

According to the official website of Geely Automobile, Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group was established in 2016 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, responsible for the overall organization and group management and operation of commercial vehicle product technology research and development, production procurement and market business, and at the same time forming five major manufacturing base layouts in Nanchong, Jiangxi, Zibo, Shanxi Jinzhong, Anhui Ma'anshan and other places, including long-distance automobiles, Hanma Technology, Ouling Motors and other sub-brands.

According to the statistics of the Commercial Vehicle Professional Committee of the China Automobile Dealers Association, from January to September 2021, the cumulative sales volume of Geely's remote new energy commercial vehicles under Geely Commercial Vehicles has exceeded 5,300 units, with a growth rate of 7.68%.

Shareholder information shows that Guangzhou Xiaomi Information Service Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd., and the other three companies are wholly owned by Xiaomi Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
