1. BAIC became Daimler's largest shareholder

On December 13, BEIJING AUTOMOTIVE Group Co., Ltd. announced that it has held 9.98% of Daimler AG's shares in 2019 through continued investment; the two sides fully recognize the success of long-term cooperation in the past and attach importance to future development. At the same time, Daimler Group holds 9.55% of the shares of BAIC Group listed companies in Hong Kong, and holds 2.46% of the shares of BAIC Group in the A-share listed company (BAIC Blue Valley). Through this increase, BAIC will surpass Geely to become Daimler's largest shareholder.

2. Xiaomi opens the two-line car

On December 13, according to informed sources, Xiaomi opened a two-line car-making model, and its holding company, Zhimi Technology, is preparing for the corresponding matters of car-making.

3. Lifan Technology and Geely established a joint venture company

On December 13, Lifan Technology plans to establish a joint venture with Geely Automobile in the directly administered area of Liangjiang New District, Chongqing. The registered capital of the target company is 600 million yuan, of which the company contributes 300 million yuan in the form of monetary funds, with a shareholding ratio of 50%, and Geely Automobile invests 300 million yuan in the form of monetary funds, with a shareholding ratio of 50%.

According to the "Investment Cooperation Agreement" signed by the two parties, Geely Automobile will fully support the management and operation of the target company's car-making business, and jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of Lifan Technology's automobile industry with Lifan Technology.

4. Electronic driver's license has begun to be promoted nationwide

Recently, we learned from the Ministry of Public Security that since December 10, the country has fully implemented the electronic driving license, and at present, the local public security traffic management departments have issued electronic driving licenses to more than 63 million people through the national unified "traffic management 12123" APP. For example, in terms of power batteries, the "energy battery energy density ≥180Wh/kg, battery pack energy density ≥120Wh/kg" was cancelled, and a separate index requirement for ternary materials was added (the energy density of the single battery ≥ 210Wh/kg, and the energy density of the battery pack ≥ 150Wh/kg). The energy density of other energy-type monomer batteries ≥ 160Wh/kg, and the energy density of battery packs ≥ 115Wh/kg.
