500 grams of beef brisket, 100 grams of curry powder, 1 potato, 3 slices of ginger, 3 green onions, a little coriander, 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, butter to taste

Beef brisket cut into chunks.
2. Slice the ginger and cut the shallot into white sections and set aside.
3. Blanch the meat over high heat and add the shallots and ginger to remove the fish.
4. Remove the blanched beef (remember to pick out the shallots), then change the water and continue to cook for 2 hours.
5. Cut carrots and potatoes into cubes and set aside, and cut the onions well.
6. Choose your favorite curry.
7. Put butter in the pot, no butter vegetable oil is ok.
8. Stir-fry the beef, potatoes and carrots in a pan and finally add the onions.
9. Stir-fry and put it in the pot and add hot water, the water must not pass the ingredients, and finally add the curry. (Be sure to bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat) until the soup is strong.
