White ear wine stuffed rounds
Ingredients:
White fungus, sake brew, pumpkin

Glutinous rice flour, brown sugar, ginger, sugar osmanthus flowers
Preparation steps:
1. Wash the pumpkin, peel it, cut it into small pieces, put it on a plate and steam it on the pan

2. Soak the white fungus in warm water, wash it, tear it into small pieces and set aside
3. Put the white fungus in a pot, add the appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for 1.5 hours

5. Press the steamed pumpkin into a puree and add the appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour

7. Divide the dough into multiple doughs of even size
8. Pour the boiled white fungus into the soup pot, add ginger slices and brown sugar to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add small dough in the pot and cook until floating
9. Put the wine in the pot, bring it to a boil over high heat, add the sugar osmanthus flowers and stir well
10. Turn off the heat and place in a bowl
