Okamura Ningji was one of the most well-known Japanese generals among the Japanese generals who invaded China. Among all the Generals of the Japanese Army invading China, Okamura Ninji was one of the longest-running generals in China, with the most Chinese blood on his hands.

Okamura was born in 1884 to a family of fallen samurai in Tokyo, Japan. Okamura first entered the Tokyo Army Kindergarten School, and at the age of 17, he was promoted to the Army Non-Commissioned Officer School, becoming the 16th class of students. At the same time, itagaki Seishiro, Kenji Doihara, Andten Riki, and other notorious Japanese generals who invaded China were also present.

In 1907, Okamura Ninji served as the district captain of the Great Qing Dynasty Study Abroad Team at the Japanese Army Non-Commissioned Officer School, so he was very familiar with Yan Xishan, Sun Chuanfang, Li Liejun, He Yingqin and others who studied in Japan.

As early as February 1915, Okamura Ninji came to China, and his identity was to collect Chinese intelligence for Japan. Later, Okamura Ninji first worked as an assistant to Li Yuanhong for four years, and then was hired by Sun Chuanfang as a consultant. During his time as an adviser, Okamura was not idle, and he tried to provide Japan with intelligence about China.

Okamura had two sons, the eldest son, Tadamasa Okamura, and the second son, Takemasa Okamura. In 1925, Okamura was engaged in intelligence spying in Shanghai, and he took his wife and son to live in Shanghai. Just as Okamura was preparing to do a big job, bad luck came. After his wife returned to China with his son, Okamura Ningji completely let go of his hands and feet, and made one tragic case after another, slaughtering a large number of Chinese soldiers and civilians. At the last moment of Japan's surrender, Okamura Ningji finally ascended to the highest throne of the Japanese army invading China by stepping on the accumulated white bones of countless Chinese. There is no doubt that Okamura Ninji was the number one war criminal of the Japanese army invading China, and Japan should be severely punished after its surrender. However, the Kuomintang did everything in its power to protect him, and eventually sent him secretly to Japan.

After returning to Japan, Okamura still did not want to repent. In 1966, Okamura died of a sudden heart attack after writing his memoirs at the age of 82.
