After the Lugou Bridge Incident in 1937, Japan began to invade China in an all-round way, and in eight years, Chinese's biggest enemy was Okamura Ningji, who was the commander-in-chief of the Japanese Army's China Dispatch Army. In Okamura's view, there was one person in the Eighth Route Army who was his biggest enemy and very difficult to deal with.
This person was Bao Sen, who was the deputy commander of the Jidong Military Region of the Eighth Route Army during the War of Resistance. In 1932, Bao Sen joined the revolution, was arrested by the Kuomintang for traitorous betrayal, and was only released after the Xi'an Incident, and then he carried out anti-Japanese activities in the anti-Japanese base area in eastern Hebei.
1939 was the most difficult year of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and Bao Sen fought against the Japanese in Zunhua, Hebei Province, but there was not even a decent anti-Japanese armed force in the local area, so his situation was very difficult. Akamoto was not an ordinary Japanese soldier, another identity was the cousin of Emperor Hirohito of Japan, so as soon as Akamoto disappeared, the Japanese army immediately set up a committee to rescue Akamoto, but it was found for a month. Bausen did not graduate from military school, but he seemed to be born to fight, and his best skill was guerrilla warfare.

After more than 40 days, the Eighth Route Army informed the public that Bao Sen had died in battle, and the Japanese army quickly reported it after learning the news, but the report revealed the fear of Bao Sen and the respect for him.
According to Bausen's seniority and status, if he could live to the founding of the country, then when he was awarded the title in 1955, he was at least a major general, and his status was not low, but it was a pity that he died too early.
