The person who gave Okamura Ninji the most headache and the Japanese puppet army the most feared was Bao Sen, deputy commander of the Jidong Military Region of the Eighth Route Army.
Bao Sen, a native of Pucheng, Shaanxi Province, joined the revolution in 1932, but was arrested twice for informing traitors and spent five years in prison. After the Xi'an Incident, Bao Sen was rescued and later arranged to the anti-Japanese base area in eastern Hebei and began a legendary anti-Japanese career.
In 1939, Bao Sen went to Zunhua, Hebei. At that time, the anti-Japanese resistance in eastern Hebei fell into great difficulties, and there was basically no strength to compete with the Japanese army, so Akamoto Daisa, the captain of the Military Police Brigade of the Zunhua Japanese Army, wanted to persuade Bao Sen to surrender.
Bausen soon received the news, decided to make a plan, and released the news that he was willing to negotiate with Akamoto. Akamoto was very happy, and without thinking too much, he took the two of them to see Bauson. Of course, he was not stupid, and arranged to be picked up in the back of a brigade.
Soon, Akamoto came to the village where Bausen was located. Bausen took a few scouts, disguised as ordinary people to play adobe at the entrance of the village, and when he saw that Akamoto had only brought two people, he immediately gave the scouts a look and directly pressed Akamoto to the ground.
Akamoto struggled and shouted, and Bausen felt that keeping him was a scourge, and directly let people take the axe and end up Akamoto. Then, quickly bury him and disperse the team to hide.

The Japanese only knew that Bao Sen had been shot, but did not know whether he was still alive, and when he heard that Bao Sen was still in command of the cave, he had to withdraw. During the Three Kingdoms period, there was "Dead Zhuge scared away the living Zhongda", and Bao Sen's story was also not much to let go.
It was not until 40 days after Bao Sen's death that the Eighth Route Army released the news of his sacrifice, and the whole of Jidong was suddenly plunged into great grief.
