Conditions of Participation
The competition is open to enterprises at home and abroad, and those who meet the following conditions are welcome to register for the competition:
1. The competition is divided into enterprise group and team group, and the participants can choose any group of enterprise group or team group to participate.
2. Participating projects should have innovation ability and high growth potential, covering the new generation of information technology, biomedicine and health, energy conservation and environmental protection and new energy, advanced manufacturing, new materials, modern transportation and other scientific and technological fields.
3. There shall be no less than 3 core members of the participating enterprises or teams, with core technologies or mature technologies, products and services.
4. The intellectual property rights related to the technology and products of the participating projects are clear, and there are no property rights disputes; The technology and products need to be declassified and do not involve national security and industry secrets.
5. Participating companies and team members must have a good social reputation, no major dishonesty record, and no criminal record. The participating companies have no bad operating records.

Outstanding projects will receive the opportunity to participate in the following activities:
1. Investment and financing service plan. Organize private board meetings to help connect fund institutions, listed companies, etc., and promote the docking of high-quality projects and capital.
2. Showcase the referral plan. Recommend to government departments and connect with relevant policy support; It is recommended to participate in the Zhongguancun International Frontier Science and Technology Innovation Competition, the display and promotion of new technologies and new products, the Zhongguancun Forum and other related activities.
3. Offline project docking plan. Lead the project into state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, listed companies, and technical docking with well-known industry experts to help docking and exchange.
4. Media communication plan. Connect with professional media, publicize and report on the competition enterprises, and improve the visibility of the project.
5. Business growth companion plan. Carry out training camps, corporate study tours and other activities, and provide scientific and technological workers with a full range of docking services such as theory, technology, capital and space through innovative and effective training combining practice and theory, and project incubation of the whole chain, so as to accompany the growth of enterprises.

Tournament Rules
The semi-finalists will be selected by BP, please prepare BP carefully according to the content of the template. The semi-finals will be displayed and promoted through offline special roadshows, and the list of finalists will be generated, and the winners will be produced in the finals. For the outstanding projects that have entered the TOP list, we will assist in capital docking and the display and promotion of new technologies and new products.
