In order to further prevent and reduce the occurrence of electric vehicle fire accidents and effectively enhance the fire safety awareness of the masses, in the past few days, the fire rescue brigade of Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone has actively cooperated with Dongcheng Street, Shengli Street and related property companies to carry out fire safety management actions for electric vehicles in many communities in the jurisdiction to effectively safeguard the safety of people's lives and property.
In-depth investigation and remediation. During the period, the brigade focused on cleaning up the illegal parking and illegal charging of electric vehicles in the public foyer and evacuation channels in the building, and at the same time discouraged electric vehicles from entering the elevator, charging "flying wires", installing and transforming charging facilities without authorization, and further standardized the parking and charging behavior of electric vehicles. In response to the problems detected, the staff of the brigade patiently explained to the masses the hazards of piling up debris and parking electric vehicles in the corridor, and achieved good results.
Spread the word and create an atmosphere. The brigade continued to increase publicity and education, through "knocking on the door" to distribute leaflets, hanging and posting safety reminder slogans in eye-catching positions such as staircases, and widely disseminated grid groups, etc., to popularize the common sense of fire safety of electric vehicles, guide residents to develop good fire safety habits, and strictly prevent all kinds of fire accidents.
In the next step, the fire rescue brigade of Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone will continue to increase the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers such as illegal parking of electric vehicles and "flying wire" charging, effectively strengthen fire warning education, add "locks" for the fire safety of electric vehicles, and create a safe and harmonious living environment for the people in the jurisdiction.
