Requirements
1. The video must contain the character elements of the IP "Yulan" and "Hubao" of the Shanghai area of the promotion week, the type can be a documentary record, cartoon animation or innovative creativity, the file format is MP4, horizontal screen, the picture is clear (not less than 1080P), the sound is clear, mainly in Mandarin, the content is subtitled, the duration is no more than 3 minutes, and the file size is not more than 600MB (does not contain IP elements, format error, non-horizontal screen, blurred picture sound, no subtitles, If the length or file size exceeds the regulations, the entry will be disqualified);
2. The political orientation is correct and meets the requirements of the core socialist values;

Selection process
1. Each unit selects and sends 1 outstanding work to participate in the selection activities of the whole district;
