There are two main unlocking methods for smartphones: fingerprint unlocking and face recognition, but both of these methods have a certain failure rate. There is also an alternate unlocking method for the mobile phone, manual unlocking, which is divided into graphic unlocking and password unlocking. With so many unlocking methods, which one is more secure? What will the future of password look like?
With the development of the times, the way users log in to the system has changed, and they no longer rely solely on account passwords. For example, you can use your mobile phone and verification code to log in, and some platforms require fingerprint scanning or face recognition to log in, and many home door locks have also been replaced with fingerprint door locks.
For a long time before that, the combination of numbers and letters was the login mode that the traditional Internet relied on. Today, it's becoming a secondary authentication method, because we're discovering weaknesses in this approach. Many users will use a "set of passwords to beat the world" for the sake of convenience, which has low security and is easy to leak personal permissions, which is also something that ordinary users can't solve.
In the future, there will be more "biological intermediaries" and more and more "imperceptible" passwords. In the field of user authentication, a person's identity will be judged through a series of behaviors. Even if you don't lose any characters and don't do any authentication, you may be able to log in, while others don't. Information such as the scene of typing under the camera, the height of the person, the fat and the thin can all be part of the authentication information, and now many platforms are using the "anti-fraud field" to determine whether the other party is a user they recognize, rather than judging who the user is. After a while, we may be able to judge more accurately, for example, whether you are a robot or a real human. From the perspective of data volume, if the amount is larger, big data combined with artificial intelligence can basically analyze information such as human gender, age and educational background.
Calcium is an important trace element in the human body. Calcium supplementation for children is to grow taller, adults also need calcium supplementation, and the elderly are prone to osteoporosis and need calcium supplementation. Therefore, in addition to normal meals and drinking milk, many people will choose to eat calcium tablets to supplement calcium, will this cause excessive calcium supplementation? Does excessive calcium supplementation cause stones?
As the average life expectancy of humans increases, the incidence of osteoporosis in the population is increasing. Studies believe that proper daily calcium and vitamin D supplementation is the basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
In nature, the chemical composition of many stones contains calcium, such as marble and stalactites, and the human body is no exception, such as dental calculus, kidney calculus, etc. Most of these stones are indeed composed of calcium, and other well-known stones include gallstones, uric acid stones, etc. The formation of these stones is caused by abnormal metabolism of bile acids and uric acid.
For decades, the academic circles at home and abroad have often discussed, is there a relationship between calcium supplementation and kidney stones? To put it simply, daily calcium supplementation has little to do with the occurrence of kidney stones. Kidney stones are mainly calcium oxalate stones, which account for about 80%. The relationship between the formation of calcium oxalate stones and the excessive concentration of oxalate in the urine is more obvious. Oxalic acid has about 15 times more effect on stone formation than calcium. A large number of papers have shown that people who take daily calcium and vitamin D supplementation do not have a significant increase in the number of kidney stones compared to those who take placebo. In 2017, in the highly authoritative Journal of the American Medical Association, some scholars pointed out that people who take daily calcium and vitamin D supplements have an increased probability of getting kidney stones. However, these research subjects should supplement 2000 mg of calcium per day, which far exceeds the 500~600 mg per day recommended by the consensus of experts in mainland China, so the reference value is limited.
Therefore, as long as you do not take extra calcium tablets to speed up treatment, you are generally not more likely to get kidney stones than if you do not supplement with calcium. Supplementing with one calcium tablet containing vitamin D daily, in addition to your normal diet, is the basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
Everyone wants to have quality sleep to recuperate their bodies and minds. So, are you paying attention to the questions when you go to bed, and what can you do to help you sleep more peacefully?
Sleep is a physiological behavior of the human body in order to conform to the laws of nature, which can allow the brain and body to rest and recover. Therefore, everyone wants to have a good quality sleep. Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the unity of heaven, earth and man, so how can the direction of sleep be healthier?
You may have heard the saying that it is best to sleep in a north-south orientation so that you can follow the geomagnetic gravity. So what is geomagnetic gravity? The earth itself has a geomagnetic field, and the direction of the geomagnetic field is north-south, and the magnetic field has the property of attracting iron, cobalt, and nickel. The human body contains these three elements, choose the direction of the head north and the feet south to sleep, the direction of the human aortic vein, the direction of the human body sleeping is consistent with the direction of the earth's north-south magnetic force, which can make the earth's magnetic lines smoothly pass through the human body and minimize the interference of the earth's magnetic field on the human body. It is easier for people to sleep, and the quality of sleep is relatively better. Therefore, if possible, you can take the direction of sleeping with your head facing north and your feet facing south; If the conditions do not allow, you don't need to worry too much, because the magnetic field strength of the human body is very weak, and under normal circumstances, the earth's magnetic field does not have much influence on the magnetic field of the human body.
Relative to the direction of sleep, the key is to grasp the light and temperature of sleep. Foreign studies have found that the increase in the number of people with sleep disorders and the use of tablets such as iPads are related. These self-emitting devices inhibit melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that controls the body's biological clock and promotes sleep. The decrease in melatonin will directly cause the body to remain awake during sleep, making it difficult for people to sleep. Similarly, the head of the bed should not be placed under the window, and the exposure of sunlight can also inhibit the secretion of melatonin in the brain. If you sleep with the window closed, the relatively closed air will also have a negative effect on the body's sleep.
In addition, the temperature of sleep is also important. I believe everyone has this experience, if the feet are very cold, it is not easy for people to sleep; If the air conditioner or electric blanket is turned on too hot, the human body will have various fire phenomena. Therefore, a suitable sleep temperature is also an important guarantee for high-quality sleep. In addition, the bed should not be facing the vanity mirror, the light is dark at night, and it is easy to be frightened when you see yourself or others in the mirror. For residents who are able to do so, the bed can be placed in a south-facing room, preferably where sunlight can shine slightly on the bed. This is conducive to absorbing the oxygen of nature, reducing the breeding of bacteria and insect mites, and is more conducive to physical and mental health.
