Before the holiday, a special work deployment meeting was organized to analyze and judge in advance, scientifically plan and deploy, continue to carry out the "Spring Thunder Action", and deeply crack down on illegal operations, non-compliant online car-hailing, "black buses" and other behaviors lacking integrity, and make every effort to ensure the safety of road transport during the festival.
When law enforcement officers carried out the "Spring Thunder" operation at the exit of Huaiji South Expressway, they inspected a Guangdong K brand bus in accordance with the law. The inspection found that the vehicle was carrying 26 students, and the driver failed to show the vehicle operation certificate and the road passenger transport practitioner qualification certificate on the spot, which was suspected of illegal operation. Law enforcement officers guided the car to the Golden Triangle Zhichao Station for further investigation.
After inquiry, the car belonged to a leasing company in Maoming City, and carried 26 students from Gaozhou City to Huaiji County in a technical school in Gaozhou City, and agreed to charge a certain fee. The car cannot provide a valid car rental and charter contract, which is a typical "black bus". In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 60 of the "Road Transport Regulations of Guangdong Province", the law enforcement officers temporarily seized the bus on the spot and transferred the passengers on the bus in an orderly manner. At present, the case is being further processed.
In addition, traffic law enforcement officers seized a 5-seater compact car with a Yue H brand at the section of Zhanqian Avenue of Huaiji South High-speed Railway Station. After investigation, the passenger of the car contacted the driver through WeChat, took the car to Maning Town, and negotiated with the driver to pay the fee after arriving at the destination. Since the driver can only provide an online taxi driver's license and cannot provide a road transport license, it is suspected of illegal operation, and the case needs to be further investigated and handled.
According to statistics, before and after the "May Day" holiday, the Huaiji County Transportation Bureau investigated and dealt with 9 cases of illegal operation, and carried out publicity and education on the lack of integrity of 84 drivers in the past, so as to improve the integrity awareness of employees and create a transportation credit environment that does not dare to be untrustworthy, cannot be untrustworthy, and is unwilling to be untrustworthy.
