The Workers' South Village Community has always led the grassroots "micro-governance" with party building, focusing on the "big and small affairs" of residents, and cohesively serving the grassroots.
1. Carry out study and education on party style and party discipline to improve the quality of grassroots work teams.
Party building leads grassroots governance, and building a strong and good team of grassroots community workers is the foundation. Recently, members of the community party branch of the workers' Nancun community organization and all community workers studied the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China". Wang Lina, secretary of the party branch, asked all community workers: First, we should take this party discipline study and education as an opportunity to deepen the learning and understanding of party discipline and party rules, ensure strict compliance in daily work and life, and constantly improve their political judgment, political comprehension and political execution. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of learning and continuously enhance the political consciousness, ideological consciousness, and action consciousness of carrying out the study and education of party discipline. Strengthen ideals and beliefs, firmly grasp the political direction, learn to believe, learn to take responsibility, and learn to be motivated. Grasp the party discipline education in the ordinary and integrate it into daily life, internalize the party discipline requirements in your heart, externalize them and act, and consciously learn from the role models around you.
Second, do a good job in the grassroots "threading the needle" work, and earnestly serve the grassroots "people's livelihood".
"A thousand lines above, a needle below", the grassroots is the party's ruling foundation and the focus of work, only the grassroots "a needle" through the above policy "thousands of lines", in order to win the hearts of the residents, harvest the praise of the residents. After receiving the notice of the start of the old renovation project, the community party branch attaches great importance to the construction of the old renovation project, organizes scheduling meetings every day, discusses the work plan and shares experience, and requires the grid chief and grid staff to actively do a good job in the communication and coordination between the construction team and the residents.
The grid chief and grid staff visit the residents of the community every day, go door-to-door to collect public opinions, understand the opinions of residents and make records, report problems in a timely manner and give feedback. In the face of residents' questions and "complaints", the grid staff will communicate and explain with the residents one by one, do a good job in policy publicity, and coordinate with the residents of bicycles and electric vehicles to help residents clean up the waste debris in the community, so as to ensure the normal progress of the old renovation construction.
3. Carry out daily patrol work of the grid and be a "caring person" for residents.
The community adheres to the grid service management as the forefront of serving the masses, and constantly expands the breadth, temperature and depth of grid service management. Implement the working method of "two patrols and one log" for grid personnel, requiring grid personnel to patrol the grid at least twice a day and write a patrol log every day. It is required to make detailed records of the major events and small affairs of the community, train grid members to become "living household registration, living files, and living maps" of the grid, and require the grid chief to "clear the family situation, the categories of personnel, the regional facilities, and the hidden dangers and contradictions". In the process of daily patrol of the grid, it has become commonplace for grid staff to help residents deal with the "small problems" on their mobile phones and clean up the debris and garbage in the community. Through this working method of "two patrols and one log", zero-distance contact and face-to-face communication with the residents have been realized, and the distance between residents and the community has been shortened.
The Workers' South Village Community will continue to promote party building to lead grassroots governance, take serving the masses as the starting point and foothold, strengthen the systematic construction of grassroots governance, and lead the improvement of grassroots governance capabilities, service standards, and governance efficiency with party building, so that the sense of gain, happiness, and security of the residents in the jurisdiction will be more substantial and more secure.
