In order to further strengthen the construction of the staff team of public institutions, according to the "Regulations on the Personnel Management of Public Institutions" and the "Opinions on Further Improving and Strengthening the Open Recruitment Work of Public Institutions" (Jin Ren She Ting Fa [2017] No. 35), the "Notice on Matters Concerning Deepening the Personnel Management Reform of Colleges and Universities, Scientific Research Institutes and Public Hospitals" (Jin Ren She Ting Fa [2020] No. 39), and the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in the Province in 2024" (Jin Ren She Ting Fa [2023] No. 88) and other policy provisions and requirements, Yuci District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will openly recruit 17 staff members of public institutions in 2024, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the principle of recruitment

Second, the recruitment target

College graduates (excluding commission trainees and orientation students who will graduate in 2024), vocational college graduates (including technical colleges), and service grassroots project personnel who meet the recruitment conditions and specific requirements of the position.

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;

(3) Have good conduct;

(4) Have the physical and psychological capacity to perform their duties normally;

(5) Have the academic qualifications, professional or technical qualifications required for the position;

(6) Have the age requirements that meet the requirements of the post, aged 18 years old or above, under 35 years old (i.e., born between April 25, 1988 and April 25, 2006), and so on;

(7) Have other qualifications required for the position.

In accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the state and our province, Chinese citizens and Taiwan compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao enjoy the right of fair competition in the open recruitment of public institutions, and can apply for employment in public institutions in the mainland, and the applicants must have the corresponding conditions such as professional or technical skills required for the recruitment position.

The main circumstances under which you are not allowed to apply for employment:

1. Active-duty military personnel and non-recent graduates (among them, graduate students who are not graduating in 2024 are not allowed to apply for the examination with the original undergraduate or graduate degree certificates obtained), and cannot apply for the examination;

4. Civil servants during the probationary period (staff of public institutions managed with reference to the Civil Servants Law) and staff of public institutions during the probationary period cannot apply for the examination;

5. Those who are recruited as staff of public institutions have a specified number of years of service and the service period has not yet expired, they must not apply for the examination;

7. Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute a recusal relationship after being hired.

Applicants who have become civil servants during the probationary period (refer to the staff of the management unit) or have been hired as staff members of public institutions after applying for the job but before being hired shall not be hired.

Registration materials: Candidates need to download and fill in the "Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Yuci District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2024" in advance. 2. Preliminary examination of qualifications

The preliminary examination of qualifications shall be organized and implemented by the leading group, and the preliminary examination shall be conducted through on-site confirmation materials. Those who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications will enter the examination procedure.

3. Registration and payment

There is no registration fee for this registration.

4. Post adjustment

According to the spirit of the "Notice on Further Improving the Open Recruitment of Primary Health and Medical Institutions" (Jinren She Ting Fa [2014] No. 20) document, this open recruitment position can not be limited by the proportion of examinations.

If there is a vacancy after the registration of "service grassroots project personnel positions" and "fresh graduate positions" is completed, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced and cancelled accordingly. The reduced or cancelled quota will be adjusted to general open recruitment positions for the public.

The reduction, cancellation and adjustment of recruitment positions will be supplemented by a supplementary announcement on the website of the People's Government of Yuci District (http://www.yuci.gov.cn), and the recruiting unit will be responsible for informing the applicants of the cancelled positions.

5. Collect the admission ticket

Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications will be notified separately when the admission ticket will be collected. Please refer to the admission ticket for the time, place and relevant requirements of the examination.

Candidates must carefully read the relevant content and precautions of the admission ticket, prepare for the examination in advance, and please take good care of their admission tickets, and bring the admission tickets and ID cards to participate in all aspects of recruitment.

6. Other matters

Candidates can only choose one position to register, and their valid resident ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent, and the registration information submitted should be true, accurate and complete.

If the candidate provides false registration information, once verified, the applicant will be disqualified. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information to defraud examination qualifications will be severely dealt with in accordance with the "Provisions on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions." (2) Examination and qualification review

The written test score, interview score and comprehensive score are kept to two decimal places (the mantissa is rounded). If more than 2 candidates have the same comprehensive test scores, in principle, the candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined according to the order of the written test scores from high to low; if the written test scores are still the same, an additional interview will be taken, and the candidates' results will be ranked according to the results of the interview and additional test.

1. Written test

The time, place and relevant requirements of the written test can be found in the admission ticket.

The content of the written test consists of two parts: "Public Knowledge of Health" and "Health Professional Test", each accounting for 50% of the written test score. The content of the "Public Knowledge of Health" exam includes health laws and regulations, health policy, public health management, current affairs and politics, etc., while the content of the "Health Professional Test" includes basic medical and health knowledge.

Candidates should take the examination at the time and place determined on the admission ticket. When taking the test, you must bring the admission ticket and your valid resident ID card (the same as when you registered), and those who lack the certificate will not be allowed to take the test. If the ID card expires or is lost, please go to the public security organ to apply for a temporary ID card in time.

2. Qualification review

The qualification review shall be organized and implemented by the leading group. According to the order of the written test results from high to low scores, the candidates to participate in the interview qualification review shall be determined according to the ratio of 3 times the planned number of recruits, and the number of people who do not reach 3:1 shall be determined according to the actual number. The list, time and place of qualification reviewers will be published on the website of the People's Government of Yuci District (http://www.yuci.gov.cn).

During the qualification review, the materials provided by the applicant shall be consistent with the materials provided during the preliminary examination.

If the documents (certificates) are incomplete or the documents (certificates) provided are inconsistent with the qualifications of the position applied for and the main information is untrue, which affects the qualification review, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview. Applicants who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.

If the personnel who have obtained the interview qualification review confirm that they have given up the qualification review or the qualification review is unqualified, they will be replaced by the candidates for the interview qualification review according to the written test results from high to low scores (only once), and the number of candidates who are less than 3:1 will be determined according to the actual number.

3. Interview

The interview is organized and implemented by the leading group, and the list of participants in the interview and the time, place and form of the interview are published on the website of the People's Government of Yuci District (http://www.yuci.gov.cn).

The interview is conducted in a structured manner, mainly examining the candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, organization and coordination ability, interpersonal communication ability, planning ability, decision-making ability, adaptability, etc.

The results of the interview will be announced on the same day.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

According to the order of the comprehensive score of the examination from high to low, the candidates for physical examination and inspection shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited, and the physical examination and inspection shall be organized and implemented by the leading group.

(4) Publicity and employment

According to the results of the written test, interview, physical examination, and inspection, the personnel to be hired will be determined, and the list of personnel to be hired will be publicized on the original announcement website for 7 working days. The content of the publicity of the proposed personnel includes: recruitment position, number of recruitment, recruitment major, name, gender, date of birth, graduation institution, major, academic background (degree), comprehensive examination results, ranking and other information. After the expiration of the publicity period and no objection, the proposed candidate shall be submitted to the Yuci District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing; if the problems that affect the employment are reflected and verified, they will not be hired; if the problems reflected are difficult to verify for a while, they will be determined whether to hire after being clarified.

The legal representative of the public institution shall sign an employment contract with the hired personnel, go through the employment procedures for the hired personnel, and the hired personnel shall be included in the establishment of the differential undertaking and enjoy the salary and treatment of the same kind of personnel. The minimum period of service is five years, and no application for external transfer is allowed during the service period; the probationary period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations, and those who fail to pass the assessment during the probationary period shall be directly terminated from employment. 6. Strict recruitment discipline
