From August 17th to August 20th, the "Jay Chou 2023 Carnival World Tour" was grandly held in Hohhot City Stadium, and for a time, fans from all over the world gathered in Qingcheng. As soon as it received the task of sanitation protection during the concert, the Xincheng District Environmental Sanitation Service Center set up a special work leading group headed by Comrade Guo Qi, director of the center, Hao Fengjun and Wang Shaoqing, deputy directors of the center, and the heads of various departments as members, to be fully responsible for the deployment and connection of various work during the concert. One week before the concert, the leading group worked on the ground several times to ensure that every safeguard measure was 100% in place. During the concert, the team members worked closely with the on-site cleaners to consolidate the responsibilities of all parties and solve unexpected problems, fully demonstrating the "orange" color of the new city sanitation people.
Human-machine coordination and linkage, cleaning service is good
To do a good job in sanitation protection during large-scale activities, we must not only focus on key areas, but also establish the idea of "one game of chess". Key areas and important road sections should be taken into account. To this end, the Xincheng Environmental Sanitation Service Center mobilized more than 130 cleaning personnel and 13 sanitation vehicles to escort the whole concert with the "human-machine combination" operation mode.
The streets around the stadium (Genghis Khan Street, Stadium West Alley, Racecourse North Road, Meteorological Bureau West Road), the area between the stadium perimeter and the inner field, the green belt, tree circles, rainwater wells and other sanitary dead spots around the stadium, the cleaning staff take "net" in the middle of the noise, and the "accompaniment" cleaning and "nanny-style" service has reached a new height.
Sprinkle water to suppress dust and cool down, creating a cool environment
Considering that during the concert, the city is mostly in high temperature weather, the Xincheng Environmental Sanitation Service Center will take sprinkler dust suppression and cooling as the focus of this service guarantee, sprinkler trucks and fog cannon trucks carry out circular linkage operations on Genghis Khan Street, Stadium West Alley, Racecourse North Road, Meteorological Bureau West Road and other key areas to avoid the peak flow of people, and operate no less than twice a day (before 7:30 a.m., 10:00-11:30 a.m., around 4:00 p.m.), fully highlighting the "orange temperature".
Do a good job of garbage removal and transportation to ensure that "the road sees its true colors"
During the concert, garbage removal and transportation was the focus and difficulty. In this regard, the Xincheng Environmental Sanitation Service Center arranged in advance for 4 garbage compression trucks to stop at important points and 4 garbage collection trucks (2 in the peripheral field of the stadium and 2 in the streets around the stadium) to collect garbage cans and fruit bins everywhere. The cleaning staff distributed black garbage collection bags to dynamically pick up all kinds of plastic waste on the road, and cleaned up the overflowing fruit skin boxes, and then cleaned and transported them by compression trucks. At the same time, two garbage transfer stations, Fuxingying Transfer Station and Victoria Transfer Station, were opened at night for garbage collection and transportation, so as to realize the "Nissan Nissin" and "clean with production" of garbage.
In addition to the above-mentioned cleaning measures, the Xincheng District Environmental Sanitation Service Center also adheres to the people-oriented work concept, providing services such as charging, first aid kits, and hot water supply for toilet users while doing a good job in the fine cleaning of public toilets.
