So-called, three kingdoms and three characteristics, there is always one you love! Perhaps influenced by the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the idealistic Shu Han seems to have received the most support. However, I don't know if everyone realizes that although the light of Shu Han's ideal shines, it is also the most divided and entangled.
The reason is very simple, for Shu Han, there are only two great gods, one is Liu Bei, and the other is Zhuge Liang. However, although these two Great Gods of shu Han were "like fish in the water", in fact, they always fought. If Liu Bei likes people, Zhuge Liang can't see it, Zhuge Liang likes it, but Liu Bei wants to kill, let's first look at a few examples, and then analyze why this is.
2. Wei Yan, Ma Chen, and Jiang Huan
In the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", Wei Yanming made a great contribution and helped Liu Bei take Changsha, but zhuge Liang saw Wei Yan and killed him without saying a word, not to say that Wei Yan had a backbone! This made Liu Bei and Guan Yu confused, so they said that they had saved Wei Yan.

Zhuge Liang promised very well, but during the first Northern Expedition, in order to promote Ma Mo, Zhuge Liang sent him to guard the street pavilion, and as a result, Ma Mo played and hung! This led directly to the collapse of the Northern Expedition. Zhuge Liang tearfully beheaded Ma Chen and depreciated himself.
The most crucial one in it is: I did not heed Liu Bei's admonition before his death, and misused the horse rumor, so I must be punished.
Jiang Huan was a talent that Zhuge Liang liked and excavated, and finally he took over Zhuge Liang's class, and was one of the four phases of Shu Han. However, Liu Bei obviously did not like Jiang Huan, so much so that he had to kill him.
At that time, Jiang Huan was still very young and served as the commander of Guangdu County, but he drank and had fun every day and ignored government affairs! Just once Liu Bei went to Guangdu County, he saw Jiang Huan so angry that he had to click away! Zhuge Liang hurriedly said: Jiang Huan is not a talent of a hundred miles, but a minister of sheji! The subtext is: For Jiang Huan, the material is overused.

So, why are Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang so contradictory and entangled? In my opinion, there are two reasons.
One: the gap caused by the experience of the jianghu
Liu Bei's life is a process of constantly crawling out of the pile of dead people, and he has seen all kinds of winds and waves. The experience of the jianghu is better than that of Cao Cao, because Liu Bei is spelled out from the grassroots level (bottom level), and he has experienced and seen the three teachings and nine streams. For example, when he was appointed as the Minister of Plains, even the assassins were influenced by Liu Bei! Therefore, this kind of experience will inevitably create Liu Bei to know people very accurately.
Looking at Zhuge Liang again, he is obviously not as profound as Liu Bei in his "jianghu experience". When he was a teenager, due to Cao Cao's tutu of Xuzhou, he followed his uncle to Jingzhou, but he quickly gained a foothold with the help of his uncle and integrated into the Jingzhou celebrity circle! Therefore, in terms of knowing people, Zhuge Liang has limitations. For example, Yang Yi and Ma Mo are both characters in the "Seven Greats of Jingzhou" (Pang, Huang, Cai, Pu, Ma, Xi, and Yang), and Jiang Huan also belongs to the Jingzhou family!
Compared with Ma Chen and Yang Yi, Wei Yan was a grassroots one. Therefore, Liu Bei can recognize its value and fully excavate it. And zhuge liang did not obviously improve in terms of understanding people until he had learned the lesson of Ma Chen. For example, his promotion of Wang Ping, who did not know a single word, was no longer limited to a small circle.
The second is the difference created by cultural knowledge
Liu Bei did not like to read, but Cao Cao was a great writer, which everyone knew. Therefore, compared with Cao Cao, Liu Bei is a typical action faction. The author summarizes it as follows: Cao Cao has a big mouth (likes to comment on people), Liu Bei has long legs (can run)!
Therefore, the talents that Liu Bei likes are all doers! For example, the three major military generals of shu han who were most loved by Liu Bei: Guan Yu, Zhang Fei and Wei Yan. Liu Bei's favorite strategist: Fazheng! And for the famous people (famous mouths) who speak better than they can sing, Liu Bei has always despised, such as Xu Jing, Liu Bei does not want to take care of it!
It just so happens that Ma Mo belongs to the "famous mouth", and Jiang Huan is also a so-called celebrity, making a fool of himself every day in the position of the county order, how can you make Liu Bei like it?
Zhuge Liang was a great intellectual, which made Zhuge Liang easily attracted by celebrities (famous mouths), but he was not as sensitive and appreciative of those practical people as Liu Bei.
These two reasons are actually why the Shu Han in Liu Bei's period is obviously different from the Shu Han in Zhuge Liang's period. The Shu Han in Liu Bei's period was wild as fire, and almost every character had a distinct personality, with edges and angles, because Liu Bei himself was this kind of personality.
And the Shu Han in Zhuge Liang's period was a disciplined! It is difficult for you to see a character with edges and angles, Wei Yan is one, but it has become a negative model, which was almost impossible in Liu Bei's period.
But no matter whether it is wild as fire or has a degree of discipline, it is all Shu Han! The only constant is its idealistic color, even if it is destroyed, and Jiang Wei, who is struggling to emit the last light...
