In the "Ancient Construction Record", Li Tingting introduced the stilt buildings on both sides of the Tuojiang River in Fenghuang County, Hunan Province, and explained the functions and unique architectural structures of the stilt houses.

The Huilongge stilt house group with a total length of about 240 meters on the banks of the Tuojiang River was built at the end of the Qing Dynasty, and the main building was supported by slender fir poles and hung above the river. The design of the suspended downstairs and living upstairs condenses the wisdom of people's lives and has high academic value for the study of traditional architecture in western Hunan Province.
