A gift to the world - Ethiopian coffee

There is a place in southwestern Ethiopia called Gaffa. Legend has it that the shepherds drove their flocks to the mountains early in the morning to graze their cattle, and by noon, when the sheep were full of food and drink, they would be quiet. Man and sheep find a warm place to rest in the sun. Shepherd boys will seize the opportunity and sleep with their arms folded. However, there are exceptions to everything. Sometimes the sheep are not quiet, nor do they refuse to lie down in piles, screaming and jumping, tireless. Why? The shepherd boy was curious. A closer look reveals that whenever the sheep are restless, they eat a small red fruit in the bushes. The young man thought, since the sheep eat it, I will also taste it. He took a handful and put it in his mouth and chewed it, the taste was not good, but the shepherd boy found himself excited like a flock. Later, he told the monks of the monastery about it. After tasting the food, the monks no longer felt sleepy during the night prayers and remained awake until dawn. As a result, the magical little red fruit is regarded by the locals as a refreshing holy relic.

After the 13th century, with the footsteps of monks and merchants, the wonderful use of the wonderful little red fruit spread farther and farther. It crosses the Red Sea to Yemen, where it is made into a mild and pungent drink. Because islamic countries prohibit alcohol inhalation, this makes small red fruit drinks rapidly popular in Islamic countries in the Middle East. Later, it spread to Europe and the Americas, and was very popular until it swept the world. The little red fruit drink was named "Curry" by the people who traveled with it.

Due to the development of science and technology, there are many different varieties and methods of coffee cultivated around the world, but whether it is called Coffee, French (Cafe), Arabic (Quch) and Chinese (coffee), without exception, it originates from the towering land of Ethiopia - "Caffa".

Ethiopia, this is the home of coffee.
