On May 10, 2022, isuzu Suzu Taku/mu-X Ranger Gasoline Edition will be officially available. Previously, the two models have opened pre-sale, isuzu Suzuto pre-sale price range of 130,000-180,000 yuan, Isuzu mu-X ranger pre-sale price range of 16-22 million yuan.
The upcoming Isuzu Suzu Taku/mu-X Ranger gasoline version has not been significantly upgraded compared to the diesel version previously released, while Suzuto and mu-X Ranger are pickup trucks and SUV models based on the same model, and the two not only share isuzu's family design, but also have the same power chassis configuration.
In terms of appearance, adhering to the family design of Isuzu, the thick chrome decoration and the uplifted headlight design make their front faces look very recognizable. The chrome trim at the fog lights extends the visual width of the front of the car while lowering the visual center of gravity of the front face. The taillights of the mu-X Ranger are also upturned, while Suzuto, who is a pickup truck, is more conventional in the tail design. As a pickup truck model, the cargo size of Isuzu Suzuto is 1480*1530*480mm, and the Isuzu mu-X Ranger is a typical medium-sized SUV.
In terms of interiors, the two also share almost the same design. The interior layout is decent, and the 8-inch multimedia central control screen is located in the center of the vehicle interior, supporting interconnection functions such as Apple CarPlay, Baidu CarLife and voice control. In terms of configuration, functions such as wireless charging, remote control, and electronic parking meet the needs of the current home SUVs or pickups.
In terms of power, compared with the diesel version, the biggest difference between the Isuzu Suzu Taku/mu-X Ranger gasoline version is that it is equipped with a 2.0T engine from Ford, with a maximum power of 162 kW (220 hp), a peak torque of 350 Nm, and an 8-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel drive system. The chassis structure is independent suspension of the front coil spring double wishbone and the non-independent suspension of the rear five connecting rod integral bridge.
