On the evening of May 7, BYD's official Microblog issued a "Statement on "Changsha Yuhua District Industrial Park Emissions Lead to Complaints from Surrounding Residents", saying that it was a malicious fabrication of the situation that "excessive emissions caused nosebleeds" on the Internet.
BYD Changsha Yuhua District Industrial Park has called the police and will pursue the legal responsibility of relevant personnel.
At present, whether THERE are environmental protection problems in BYD Changsha Yuhua District Industrial Park still needs to be determined by the regulatory authorities, but Changsha BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. has been required by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment for rectification many times before.
