It was with Grandmaster Bodhi that Sun Wukong got his name from a nameless and nameless stone monkey, and also learned to turn over a hundred and eighteen thousand miles from a douyun cloud, and also learned seventy-two changes, but his temperament was wild, he learned superb techniques, and he wanted to show others, and his behavior eventually caused the dissatisfaction of Master Bodhi Grandmaster and was expelled from the division.
At this time, Sun Wukong already has a body of skills, no longer the little monkey who walks in the world, ignorant of understanding, the martial arts are high, the courage is also great, he defeated the Chaos Demon King, got many weapons from the Proud Country, he distributed them to the monkeys of Huaguo Mountain, the little monkeys were very happy, but Sun Wukong was not satisfied, none of these many weapons were what he wanted.
When he learned that there was a golden hoop stick in the East Sea Dragon Palace that could become larger and smaller, he made a big fuss in the East Sea, got the golden hoop stick he dreamed of, and also took away many treasures of the East Sea Dragon King, so that he had the mighty image we later saw.
Later, he made a big fuss in the mansion and destroyed all the records about monkeys in the book of life and death, first the East Sea Dragon King, and then the Yama King, each of whom remembered Sun Wukong and reported it to the Heavenly Court.
After learning of this kind of thing, the Jade Emperor recruited Sun Wukong to the Heavenly Palace, gave him the position of Bow Ma Wen, sun Wukong who did not understand the structure of the Heavenly Palace, and thought that he was going to go to the Heavenly Palace as an official, but the result was only a horse breeder, which made him feel insulted, so he made a big fuss in the Heavenly Palace and beat the South Heavenly Gate with his own skills.
Sun Wukong once again returned to Huaguo Mountain and proclaimed himself the Great Sage of Qi Tian. The Jade Emperor allowed Sun Wukong to be so noisy, so he sent troops to suppress it, and Sun Wukong relied on his own ability to defeat the Heavenly Soldier Heavenly General sent by the Jade Emperor Taidi, and even Li Jing and Nezha were not his opponents.
But in the end, he was captured by the Erlang God and imprisoned in the alchemy furnace by Taishang Laojun, which was originally a punishment, but the result was that Sun Wukong trained a pair of fire eyes and golden eyes, and also kicked over the alchemy furnace of Taishang Laojun. In the end, the Buddha appeared, trapped Sun Wukong, and crushed him under the Five Elements Mountain.
Cut off six roots to become a Buddha
In this way, Sun Wukong was trapped under the Five Elements Mountain for five hundred years, until Tang Monk set out from the Eastern Tang Dynasty and wanted to go to the Western Heavens to learn the scriptures, and met Sun Wukong, a weak monk, for Sun Wukong, climbed to the top of the mountain for Sun Wukong, and only then rescued him. And Sun Wukong, in order to repay the favor, embarked on the road of learning the scriptures from the Western Heavens together with Tang Monk.
As a result, shortly after the two of them set out, they encountered six mountain thieves, seeing that Tang Monk was riding a white horse, his temperament was extraordinary, and there were people around him, and the mountain thief thought that Tang Monk Ding was from a noble family, so he went to rob Tang Monk.
These six people were holding long guns and short swords in their hands, they were not easy to provoke at first glance, they were fierce and vicious to let Tang Monk hand over his horses and luggage, as well as all the money on his body, Tang Monk was a monk, who had seen such a scene, for a while did not know how to deal with it.
Or did Sun Wukong stand in front of Tang Monk and ask these six people who had great names and surnames, who were also. In the TV series, in fact, the names of these six people have not been described too much, but in the book, the names of these six people have a little bit of clarity, they are seeing joy, ear listening to anger, nose sniffing love, tongue tasting thoughts, body worries, and opinions.
But Sun Wukong had been under the Five Elements Mountain for five hundred years, and even if he had heard the names of these six people, he didn't pay attention to them at all. Isn't that a coincidence? These six people did not take this seemingly young Sun Wukong in their eyes. So, Sun Wukong picked up his golden hoop stick and beat the six people to death with a few simple clicks.
But the monks took compassion as their heart and never killed, especially Tang Monk, and when he saw Sun Wukong acting like this, Tang Monk was stunned, but he was also very angry, so he began to educate Sun Wukong.
Since Sun Wukong was born, except for the time when he worshiped Bodhi Laozu as his teacher, who dared to teach him, even Sun Wukong, who did not put the Jade Emperor in the Eyes of the Jade Emperor in the Heavenly Palace, listened to Tang Monk's blame, did not fight a blow, and directly left Tang Monk and left.
But in fact, after reading the entire "Journey to the West", we all know that none of the 9981 difficulties of the Tang monks came out of thin air, and they were all carefully designed for the Tang monks by Rulai and Guanyin, which naturally included the six people that Sun Wukong wanted to kill.
In fact, if you look closely at the names of these six people, it is not difficult to find that among them, everyone else is surnamed Zhao Qiansun Li, and the names of these six people are actually the eyes, nose, ears, tongues, and intentions, which are actually the six roots spoken of in buddhism.
It is said that the six roots are pure, in order to become a Buddha, Sun Wukong killed these six people, it is to cut off these six roots, and finally go through these nine nine eighty-one difficulties with Tang Monk, in order to become a Buddha.
In the end, Sun Wukong did not really leave the Tang monks, and later returned to the Tang monks, followed the Tang monks through the tribulations together, and finally came to the Lingshan Holy Land, retrieved the True Scriptures, and was named the Fighting Buddha.
