Secondly, the Jade Emperor is a little afraid of Rulai, which is estimated that you have not paid attention to it!
When Sun Wukong came out of the Bagua Furnace and fought outside the Ling Xiao Hall, the Jade Emperor was not busy dispatching troops to arrest Sun Wukong, but was busy sending you Yi Lingguan tongyi Shengzhenjun to the West to ask the Buddha to surrender. This shows that in the eyes of the Jade Emperor, Sun Wukong's big fuss in the Heavenly Palace is still a small matter, and if he comes or not, it is the biggest thing. Therefore, Rulai sent a YouYi Lingguan with a high status in the Heavenly Court to invite Rulai to the West.
Moreover, if he came to ambush Sun Wukong, he would not give the Jade Emperor face at all.
Not to mention that when Rulai subdued Sun Wukong, he once took it upon himself to say that he could take the place of the Jade Emperor, and even after he subdued Sun Wukong, after pressing Sun Wukong under the Five Elements Mountain, he did not even see the face of the Jade Emperor and directly wanted to leave, which showed that in Rulai's eyes, there was no Jade Emperor at all!
In this regard, in the seventh time in the book, "Escape from the Great Sage in the Bagua Furnace, Five Elements Mountain Under the Heart Ape", it is written like this:
If the Buddha destroyed the demon monkey, he would have turned to the Western Elysium together. From time to time, the canopy and Tianyou rushed out of the Lingxiao Treasure Hall and said, "Please come and stay less, my Lord will come." ”
The description of this sentence, many people are selectively ignoring it! However, it is very important, because this description shows that Rulai does not give the Jade Emperor face at all.
In the end, the Jade Emperor and the people around the Jade Emperor were all courting Rulai diligently.
When Sun Wukong was crushed under the Five Elements Mountain, the Jade Emperor set up a banquet to thank Rulai, which seemed unusual. In addition, in the so-called "Antian Assembly", there are many people who thank Rulai. For example, the Queen Mother not only led a group of fairies, xian'e, beautiful women, and beautiful women to flutter and dance in front of the Buddha, but also personally picked several large peaches with her bare hands and dedicated them to Rulai. For example, the birthday star offers Zizhi Yao Grass and Bi Lotus Golden Dan, the barefoot Immortal offers two pears and several fire dates, the Yuqing YuanShi Tianzun, the Shangqing Lingbao Tianzun, the Taiqing Daode Tianzun, the Five True Dragons, the Five Dou Xingjun, the Three Officials and Four Saints, the Nine Yao True Jun, the Zuo Fu, the Right Bow, the Heavenly King, the Nezha, the Xuan Xuan Yi Ying Lingtong, etc., all holding the Pearl Treasure, and the Shouguo Strange Flower is dedicated to Rulai.
Isn't this battle luxurious? This is not flattery, but what is it? Believe this, many people have not noticed it at all!
Judging from the above three points, the insect world believes that the relationship between Rulai and the Jade Emperor is more obvious, that is, although the Jade Emperor is the ruler of the Heavenly Court, equivalent to the so-called emperor, Rulai is a powerful prince, and Rulai's strength has reached the point where he does not put the Jade Emperor in his eyes.
In other words, the relationship between Rulai and the Jade Emperor was like the relationship between the emperor of the Zhou Dynasty and the local princes during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods. Although the Jade Emperor was the ruler of the Heavenly Court, he still had to curry favor with Rulai.
