Many friends will question why they should ask this question, I think it is meaningless, in fact, it is not, everyone remembers that Sun Wukong was expelled from the master's door, and Bodhi Guru said something like this:
You're going to be bad. Depending on how you cause trouble, you are not allowed to say that you are my disciple. If you say half a word, I will know it, peel the skin and file your lynx, reduce your spirit to the nine ghosts, and teach you that you must not turn over in all disasters!

You must know that the most important thing in the journey to the west world is not the body, but the soul, the soul is not destroyed, he can be reincarnated again, the original eight precepts of the pig is to give up the body through the way of reincarnation, is still a good man. And from what Bodhi Guru said, we feel that with bodhicitta grandmaster's ability, we still cannot destroy the monkey, but can only imprison its soul.
So is this really the case? Of course not, Bodhi Ancestor is capable of destroying the monkey's soul, in fact, the so-called soul destruction is also very simple, that is, let him forget all the memories, just like becoming a blank piece of paper, the Western Journey to the World has such a method, everyone thinks, the Land of the Nine Shadows is the lowest level of the Underground Palace, since the Bodhi Ancestor can keep the monkey here, this shows that he has a close relationship with the Underground Palace, especially with the Jizo King Bodhisattva, if you want the monkey soul to perish, you only need to ask Meng Po for a bowl of soup, after drinking, Sun Wukong naturally forgets the memories of past lives, Won't he perish then? As for the future reincarnation of chickens, ducks and fish, it is not Sun Wukong, which is equivalent to eliminating Sun Wukong.

Of course, with the divine power of Bodhi Grandmaster, there are probably still good ways and means to make the monkey's soul fly away, so we will not discuss it too much here. So since Bodhidharma has the ability to make the monkey disappear, why not just tell the monkey to let him perish? Because once he did that, two people would definitely not agree. So who are these two people?
The first is Taishang Laojun, Sun Wukong is born of the spirit stone on Huaguo Mountain absorbing the essence of heaven and earth, which is equivalent to heaven and earth being his parents, and Taishang Laojun is the ancestor of the creation of heaven and earth, and heaven and earth are almost a person, so he has always been Sun Wukong as his own son, in the original we also saw Lao Jun many times in order to protect Sun Wukong many times, and even before the monkey stole Dan is also Deliberately done by Lao Jun. That's one layer of evidence. On the other hand, Sun Wukong's previous life was the Buddha's heavy treasure Mani Bead, and Lao Jun once turned Hu into a Buddha to create the Buddha Sect, this Mani Bead may have been created by Taishang Laojun, and against this point, Lao Jun will also return to protect Sun Wukong.

Moreover, Bodhi Grandmaster can predict the future, he knows that Sun Wukong will make a big fuss in the Heavenly Palace in the future, and he is afraid of involving himself, so he clears up his relationship with Sun Wukong. Therefore, although the strength of the Bodhi Ancestor was very strong, he still couldn't afford to provoke Rulai and Lao Jun, and of course, the Jade Emperor.

If you read the book carefully, you will find that Sun Wukong has exposed his master's inheritance in public many times, but the Bodhi Ancestor still has not pursued it, so it can be seen that the Bodhi Ancestor has not had much to do with the monkey.
