Let's look at the Shou Xing Gong, if any of the immortals can grow old, then the Shou Xing is the most promising one, because he himself is the representative of the high life limit, if he can't live forever, let alone other immortals. However, his immortality is also very difficult, as described in the original book:

From the above examples, it can be seen that it is very difficult to achieve immortality in the true sense, and we can actually summarize according to the above content, and two conditions need to be met to achieve immortality, one of which is indispensable.

The first condition is the life limit of each person recorded in the book of life and death, which is artificially controlled, the book of life and death records the time of birth and death of each person, taking the monkey as an example, his life expectancy is 342 years old, no matter whether the cultivation is not cultivated, the Heavenly Immortal Technique, at this time, there are local government staff who are asking for their lives, not based on the will of the monkey.
The second condition is the Great Catastrophe of Heaven and Earth, because no matter what kind of exercises cultivators learn, the truth is the same, they are all absorbing the essence of Heaven and Earth, which will inevitably cause dissatisfaction from Heaven and Earth, so natural disasters are sent down to punish, Sun Wukong's Great Heavenly Immortal Technique is once in 500 years, and the Jade Emperor's more ruthless is once in 129600.
Therefore, if you want to truly achieve immortality, on the one hand, you must make your lifespan endless, and on the other hand, you must avoid or harden the heavens and the earth. The first condition is relatively easy, as long as you have a good relationship with the underground government, then you will not worry about having a soul messenger asking for your life, and the second condition is more difficult, either you learn the Heavenly Gang Earth Transformation Technique to avoid natural disasters, or you have the body of King Kong incorruptible or other techniques that can harden the heavens and the earth.
