The official listing price of the new Mondeo, compared with the previous pre-price, the top model "officially dropped" by 3,000 yuan, and also launched a lifetime warranty service for after-sales parts, which made many people think. Which configuration is worth choosing?
The new Mondeo has four models, namely the fashion type (official guidance price of 159,800 yuan), the deluxe type (official guidance price of 179,800 yuan), the supreme type (official guidance price of 199,800 yuan) and the ST-Line version (official guidance price of 216,800 yuan).
Except for the top model, the price difference between each other configurations is 20,000 yuan, and the price difference between the top and the sub-top is 17,000 yuan, if you want to know which one is more suitable for you, you must first find out the configuration difference between them.
The first is the difference between the minimum fashion type and the sub-low luxury type, the fashion wheels are 17 inches (deluxe 18 inches), the seats are fabric seats and there is no electric adjustment, the LCD instrument is 8 inches, the central control screen size is 13.2 inches, the rearview mirrors are not folded, there is no rear parking radar, but there is a reversing image.
In addition to the above, which do not particularly affect the configuration differences of daily use, the fashion type is most notable, it does not have a cruise control and intelligent driver assistance system, such as lane keeping assist, active braking, lane departure warning and so on. If you pay more attention to this point of the user, it is recommended to skip the minimum match.
To the luxury type, there is already a 1.1-meter high-definition giant screen. Compared with the deluxe type, the Supreme type mainly upgrades the cruise control to full speed domain adaptive cruise, and the sunroof is also segmented, and adds Bluetooth key, front parking radar, front mobile phone wireless charging, flipped fur seats, front seat memory, 10-speaker B&O premium audio and other configurations.
The combined value of these configurations is certainly far more than 20,000 yuan, especially full-speed domain adaptive cruise, which is very helpful for daily travel. And the front parking radar, seat memory and front mobile phone wireless charging, these configurations are also more practical in daily life.
Come to the ST-Line version and compare it to the Extreme Edition, which only adds front seat ventilation/heating, 360° panoramic imagery and steering wheel shifting. But apart from the configuration differences, the biggest difference between the ST-Line version is that it has a new sports look kit.
So it's clear that the ST-Line version is geared towards the group of users who are looking for appearance, not just users who are looking for high configuration.
On the whole, the Supreme Edition is the most recommended configuration, with an extra 20,000 yuan spent on the value. If the budget is sufficient, personally recommend the supreme version, if the budget is limited, in fact, the luxury type can basically meet the daily use, compared with many low-end models of the same level, its configuration has been relatively comprehensive.

The new Mondeo currently has more than 10,000 units of orders, so the sales data of the new Mondeo in the early stage will inevitably look good. But if you want to maintain hot sales, you still have to work hard from two aspects.
On the one hand, Mondeo needs annual minor changes and replacements to keep users fresh. After all, the fourth generation of Mondeo has suffered losses in this regard, and now most of the models are updated more quickly, and Mondeo needs to keep up with the rhythm.
On the other hand, although the entry price of the new Mondeo is very competitive, the price advantage of the main sales model is not particularly large, and more sincerity is needed in the terminal in the later stage.
