On July 3, Changan Ford Mondeo 1.5T model was officially launched, with a total of 4 models, and its official price range is 14.98-187,800 yuan. As the entry version of the new Mondeo series, the biggest change is that it is equipped with a 1.5T engine, which also lowers the threshold of the Mondeo, so as to obtain a larger audience.
In terms of exterior design, the new car is highly consistent with the Mondeo 2.0T version currently on sale, still using a large-sized polygonal blackened grille, split headlights, and a through-type lower air intake, which looks imposing enough, and also maintains the latest family shape of the Ford brand, which is highly recognizable.
The sides also have smooth lines, but the two-tone body has been eliminated, with chrome trim strips on the side window edges to enhance the premium feel, and black trim under the doors for a sporty feel. Depending on the configuration, the new car will be available with 17, 18 and 19-inch wheels of different sizes, and the body size is 4935/1875/1500mm in length, width and height respectively, and the wheelbase is 2945mm.
The rear of the car has a fairly dynamic design, very wide, the taillights adopt the popular through-through shape, and the small ducktail shape at the top of the trunk lid further highlights this atmosphere, the silver decorative strip embellishments are good, and the diffuser-like shape under the rear bumper is also outstanding.
