Recently, Beijing Xiaopeng Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. was warned and fined by the Beijing Chaoyang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau for violating the rights and interests of consumers by stipulating unfair contract terms.
It is reported that the reason for the penalty is that Xiaopeng Automobile has a standard contract behavior, that is, consumers need to sign the "Xiaopeng Automobile Purchase Agreement" with Xiaopeng Automobile when buying a car, which states that in the event of a dispute, it can only be negotiated through friendly consultation, and both parties can be arbitrated through the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, and the arbitration is final. Therefore, the Beijing Chaoyang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau punished the company in accordance with article 12, paragraph 1, item (3) of the Measures for The Punishment of Infringement of Consumer Rights and Interests.
In this regard, Xiaopeng Motors said that the clause is not intended to restrict the right of (consumers) to choose the dispute resolution method, and the company has adjusted the content of the car purchase agreement on March 8, including the embodiment of arbitration and litigation two option clauses, which is more convenient for customers to choose. At the same time, Xiaopeng Automobile said that it would strictly follow the decision of the market supervision and management department.

Zhixing received hundreds of millions of yuan of A+ round financing and invested in autonomous driving research and development
On April 12, Great Wall Motor's autonomous driving company, Zhixing, announced that it had received hundreds of millions of yuan in series A+ financing. This round of financing was led by the Bank of China's direct investment platform "Bank of China Group Investment Co., Ltd.", and Shougang Group's Shoucheng Holdings followed. It is reported that the funds raised in this round will be used to strengthen the investment in autonomous driving research and development and the construction of the talent system of The Wisdom Walk, and help the company further establish barriers to competition in the industry.
It is worth noting that this is the fourth round of financing obtained by Miller Wisdom Bank since its inception, and after this round of financing, Miller Wisdom Bank has officially launched the B round of financing at the same time.
According to the data, Millima Zhixing was established in November 2019, formerly known as the intelligent driving department of Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd., after the establishment of an independent company, angel wheel was invested by Great Wall Holdings, but the amount of funds is unknown; in February last year, Miller Zhixing completed a Pre-A round of financing of about 300 million yuan, investors including Shougang, Meituan, Hillhouse Capital, etc.; in December, Millima Zhixing once again announced that it had obtained a round of financing of nearly 1 billion yuan, with a post-investment valuation of more than US$1 billion.
At present, the business scope of Millima Zhixing includes passenger car automatic driving system and enterprise logistics vehicle automatic driving solution, and has formed a dual product line strategy for the passenger car and low-speed terminal logistics markets.
As of April 2022, the modal assisted driving system has been successively installed on the Weipai Mocha, Tank 300 City Edition, Weipai Latte, Weipai Machiduo, Haval Divine Beast, Tank 500 and other 6 models of tens of thousands of vehicles, and the user's auxiliary driving mileage has exceeded 7 million kilometers. At present, the noh of the city has been continuously tested in Beijing, Baoding and other regions, and is expected to be officially launched in mid-2022.
