Among them, the GAC Aean Intelligent Ecological Factory under GAC Group was listed in the list of intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories in 2021. It is reported that only two vehicle manufacturing plants in the country are on the list.

Gac Aean Intelligent Ecological Factory was officially completed at the end of 2018 and put into operation in May 2019, which is the first project of GAC Zhilian New Energy Automobile Industrial Park and plays a leading role in driving industrial agglomeration. Since the independence of the brand at the 2020 Guangzhou International Auto Show, GAC Aean has embarked on a new journey of comprehensively building high-end intelligent electric vehicles. Sales in 2021 reached 123,660 units, up 119% year-on-year; against the backdrop of rapid sales growth and the launch of a new AION Y model this year, Aion has completed the expansion of the second phase of the smart ecological factory in February 2022, expanding to 200,000 vehicles per year on the basis of the original 100,000 vehicles per year.
