Before the line change, it took 30 seconds to produce one piece, and now it only takes 8 seconds and 10 seconds to produce one piece, which increases the production efficiency by 3 times. It is more accurate than manual and achieves zero error. "Transmission parts are directly related to the safety of automobile operation, after our products leave the factory, all data can be queried, and the pass rate reaches more than 99%." Sun Jian, general manager of Panjio China, said.
Manufacturing technology is one of the core competitiveness of Panjio Group since its inception, 28 independently developed intelligent manufacturing units, three or five sets of automation equipment into an independent intelligent manufacturing unit, with manufacturing, testing, transmission and other functions, each intelligent manufacturing unit can also be online production, so that both "single attack", can also "team combat".
The products produced by these intelligent manufacturing units have high efficiency, high precision, high quality and low cost, which can not only reduce labor costs by more than 40% compared with traditional manufacturing methods, but also achieve flexible production of 1-minute change. "In the future, we will also vigorously promote the automation of all machining lines and die-casting lines, and the production efficiency will be at least five or six times that of the current one." Sun Jian said.
In June last year, Panjiao spent 400 million yuan to build an annual output of 8 million sets of automotive aluminum alloy parts production base project in Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, with a planned land area of 101 mu, which will build an intelligent and high-tech aluminum alloy auto parts product production base. At present, the factory building is completed, the office building has begun to be renovated, and it will be available in mid-June. After being put into production, it will further empower Panjio to grab the new height of the auto parts market with high quality and high speed, and help Changsha's auto and parts industry to become bigger and stronger.
"Changsha is a good place, I feel that Changsha is very attractive to talents, and new projects will recruit talents locally." Sun Jian introduced that Panjio is considering listing within the year to promote the development and growth of enterprises through a series of actions such as financing, mergers and reorganizations.
