In the past two days, Yao Zhenhua and Xu Jiayin, who are rumored to be "unaccounted for" and "controlled," have successively made appearances in different forms. Coincidentally, the scripts of the "comeback" of these two real estate tycoons are very similar.
On March 22, "Baoneng Yao Zhenhua's whereabouts are unknown" suddenly rushed to the hot search. The incident stemmed from media reports that in an announcement issued by the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court on March 17, Yao Zhenhua, one of the defendants, could not serve the relevant announcement because his "whereabouts are unknown".
However, on the morning of the 22nd, Baoneng Group released the article "Chairman Yao Zhenhua Inspects the Resumption of Work and Production of Baoneng Automobile Shenzhen Factory" on the corporate public account, yao Zhenhua not only inspected the Shenzhen plant of Baoneng Automobile on March 21, but also held a symposium on the landing measures of Baoneng Automobile's business development that lasted for nearly three hours.
Subsequently, Baoneng Group said that it had communicated and coordinated with the court, and the relevant announcements had been withdrawn; and that night, Yao Zhenhua even appeared on CCTV's second set and showed his face to clarify that he was not missing.
Coincidentally, Xu Jiayin, who has recently been rumored to have been "controlled by relevant departments", also appeared at the Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Mobilization Conference held on the evening of March 22, and the banner behind him in the photo that reads "Dagan three months to achieve Hengchi 5 mass production" is particularly eye-catching.
However, unlike Yao Zhenhua, who chose to conduct a live interview on TV, Xu Jiayin only appeared in the photos and videos released by Evergrande's public relations department this time, and xu Jiayin still did not appear in the subsequent call to investors on the evening of the 22nd.
At this point, we can make a note of why these two real estate tycoons, who are currently deeply involved in the debt crisis and various disturbances and rumors, have invariably chosen to use new energy vehicles as a window to speak out?

On the judgment document network, there are 63 documents with "Baoneng" and "Yao Zhenhua" as keywords, of which 39 are judged in 2021 and 2022, and 44 are civil cases, and the keywords include contract, interest, subject matter, compensation, etc.
Xu Jiayin's current dilemma is not to mention diverse. Evergrande is not only currently in the critical stage of debt restructuring, but also strives to ensure the goal of about 70 million square meters and 600,000 sets of buildings this year, and the pressure is not small.
Moreover, from the explosion of Evergrande Property's 13.4 billion deposits being enforced, to the announcement of the postponement of the disclosure of annual reports by three Evergrande listed companies such as China Evergrande, Evergrande Property and Evergrande Automobile, to Xu Jiayin's absence from evergrande investment meeting, it is believed that the panic of the outside world and investors about Evergrande has spread and intensified.
To this end, burdened with huge debt pressure, coupled with the frequent rumors of "disappearance" by the outside world, these two real estate tycoons have chosen to make a "counterattack" with new energy vehicles, obviously to send another signal to the outside world.
In fact, whether it is Baoneng Automobile or Hengchi New Energy Vehicle, for Yao Zhenhua and Xu Jiayin, it will be the "breakthrough" for enterprise self-help. Only by grasping this new outlet in the future can the two companies achieve transformation and turnaround.

After Evergrande Automobile's Tianjin plant resumed production, Hengchi 5 seems to be getting closer and closer to us.
Recently, in the latest "Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products" (Batch 353) released by the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Evergrande New Energy Automobile (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.'s Hengchi brand pure electric multi-purpose passenger car (HDE6470) is prominently listed, which shows that Hengchi 5 has obtained sales qualifications.
If the Beijing Auto Show held in April is not postponed, the Hengchi 5 is likely to be pre-sold during this period. However, we need to continue to observe this plan for the time being.
The treasure energy in the other compartment is also speeding up.
On January 22 this year, Baoneng Automobile's new car tasting meeting was held in Guangzhou. Yao Zhenhua not only made an appearance, but also brought a number of new energy models such as GX16 (internal code name), GX18 under its luxury brand BAO, and C21 under Qoros Automobile.
At the press conference, Baoneng revealed that GX16 will be put into production at Baoneng Automobile's Guangzhou base and strive to roll off the production line in July this year; and this Guangzhou base has also completed the main construction of the steel structure of the five major craft workshops and will complete the construction of the plant by the end of March this year.
It can be seen that Xu Jiayin and Yao Zhenhua are intent on launching the first model in the first half of the year, after all, the current domestic new energy vehicle competition is very fierce, leaving little window for latecomers.
