The reason why a large number of Qoros cars were auctioned is related to the fact that Qoros Automobile Co., Ltd. has been drawn into the list of executors by courts in many places. It is understood that Qoros has been executed more than 250 cases in history, and in the auction information, many Qoros cars are shown to be assets of the executor.
According to enterprise investigation data, since September 2021, Qoros has been enforced in 29 cases, with a total of about 656 million yuan, of which 19 cases have occurred since January this year.
Courts in Changshu, Jiangsu, Ningbo, Xianyang, Shaanxi, Xuzhou, Jiangsu and other places have all included Qoros in the list of defendants.
The data shows that the total amount of Qoros Automobile's unfulfilled execution targets is about 645 million yuan, and the non-performance ratio is as high as 99.9%, and there is a risk that there is no property to be enforced.
