As a leading domestic defective automobile product information collection platform, The Car Quality Network recently published an article titled "2021 Domestic Automobile Complaint Sales Ratio Ranking", which pointed out that last year's domestic automobile complaint sales volume was 30.9 per 10,000 per cent, which was the first decline in four years. In other words, the reputation of domestic automobile quality has a tendency to improve, and among the 632 models with sales data released by the Association of Automobile Manufacturers, a total of 123 models have been shortlisted for the list because the complaint rate is better than the annual average (30.9 per 10,000).
From the above ranking, it can be seen that domestic cars can be said to stand up in terms of quality and service, and the top three are all domestic models from ours, of which SAIC-GM-Wuling has two cars occupying the position of champion and runner-up, namely Wuling Xingchen and Hongguang MINIEV. Among the top ten joint venture cars, only one model was shortlisted, it was the Jetta VA3 from FAW-Volkswagen Jetta, with a complaint sales ratio of 2.2 per 10,000; another Tesla Model 3 entered the top ten, while the remaining 8 models are from national brands.
From the bottom of the list, there are more faces of joint venture cars, among which Buick Encore is ranked last in the domestic automobile complaint sales ratio in 2021 with 30.7/10,000 of the data. In the second to last place is the Jetta VS5, which is also from the FAW-Volkswagen Jetta, which can be said to be a heaven and an underground compared with the Jetta VS3, and the performance is still surprising.
In this list, we can also find some new car-making models, and they have achieved good results. For example, Xiaopeng P7 performed prominently, ranking 21st in the list with 5.9/10,000 data; while the ideal ONE ranked 55th, with a complaint sales ratio of 10.3/10,000; Weilai ES6 ranked 65th, with a complaint sales ratio of 12.1/10,000, and was relatively close to Nezha V and Zero Run T03.
