Dongfeng Honda's new pure electric SUV - e: NS1 officially opened pre-sale, the new car provides 420km endurance e-type version, 510km endurance e-dynamic version of two models to choose from, the pre-price is 180,000 yuan, 210,000 yuan respectively. According to the product schedule, this entry-level compact SUV will be officially released in the second quarter of this year.
From the perspective of product background, e:NS1 is a pure electric SUV model built by Dongfeng Honda based on the e:N Architecture F platform, with a length, width and height of 4390/1790/1560mm and a wheelbase of 2610mm. Due to the external kit, its "three dimensions" have been enlarged compared to the current XR-V, but the wheelbase is exactly the same as that of the "predecessor". In addition to this, the new car is also equipped with a new style of 18-inch rims.
As a pure electric car, the front face of e:NS1 adopts a closed front grille design, and the headlight group style on both sides is also more sharp, and supports "Heart beat heartbeat interaction lamp language"; the middle "H" shaped car logo is opened after the charging port, and the LOGO itself has LED backlight, and the entire front face looks more technological.
Coming to the side, the new car added a black underbody encirclement, the roof rack was removed, and the longer rear compared to the XR-V made the whole car look more slender. From the rear, the new car adopts a blackened through-type taillight design, with the "HONDA" letter logo added in the middle, and the bumper is integrated into the horizontal chrome strip decoration, which looks more fashionable and avant-garde.
Interior part, the new car central control layout compared to XR-V has a large adjustment, the first thing that catches the eye is the 15.2-inch vertical central control screen, the new Honda CONNECT 3.0 intelligent guidance interconnection system integrates rich car functions including multimedia, air conditioning module, online navigation, etc., and also supports AI voice assistant, car home interconnection, OTA upgrade.
In front of the main driver is the brand's latest style three-frame steering wheel, the dashboard has also been changed to a 10.25-inch full LCD display, and the shift mechanism is a button layout similar to the Sharp Hybrid series. In addition, the new car is equipped with adaptive cruise, lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, lane keeping and automatic parking.
In terms of power, the e-type version and the e-moving version will be equipped with different models of front-mounted motors, with a maximum power of 134kW and 150kW respectively. The lithium battery pack with a capacity of 68.8kWh is provided by CATL, and the pure electric mileage under CLTC conditions is 420km and 510km respectively.
