Next, we conducted a survey of their maintenance costs, insurance costs and energy consumption.
Energy consumption survey
Due to the difference in the power system of the two vehicles, one is a plug-in hybrid and the other is a petro-electric hybrid, so in order to calculate fairly, we will compare the comprehensive fuel consumption under the Qin PLUS DM-i feed state and the Corolla dual engine.
According to our survey, the comprehensive fuel consumption under the Qin PLUS DM-i feed is 4.7L/100 km, and the fuel cost is calculated based on the current 92 gasoline 8 yuan / liter, and the fuel cost of Qin PLUS DM-i for three years driving 60,000km is 22,560 yuan, an average of 627 yuan per month. The comprehensive fuel consumption of the Corolla dual engine is 4.9L/100 km, and the fuel cost of 60,000 km for three years is 23,520 yuan, an average of 653 yuan per year. It is worth noting that the actual fuel consumption of Qin PLUS DM-i in the full power state will be less than 4L/100 kilometers, and the fuel cost will only be 19200 yuan in three years, an average of 533 yuan per month, so the total fuel cost will be more than 4300 yuan than the Corolla Double Engine Province, saving 120 yuan per month. According to the maintenance manual, the first insurance of BYD Qin PLUS DM-i needs to be carried out at 3500km or 6 months (whichever comes first), the first insurance is free, and the project is the replacement of oil and filter. After that, the maintenance interval is 7500km or 12 months, and the price of small maintenance is 395 yuan. Fuel filters, spark plugs, air filters, and air conditioning filters need to be replaced every 22,500 km; brake fluids need to be replaced every 40,000 km. Accessories range in price from 70-400 yuan. We take the general family car three-year driving 60000km as the car cycle, calculate the maintenance cost of Qin PLUS DM-i for three years, which requires about 4395 yuan, an average of about 1465 yuan per year.
The first insurance time of Corolla Double Engine is 10000km or 6 months, and the maintenance interval after that is also 10000km or 6 months, the first warranty is free, and the price of small maintenance is 527 yuan. The air conditioning filter element is replaced every 20,000 km; the air filter and brake fluid are replaced every 40,000 km; and the fuel filter is replaced every 80,000 km. We take the average family driving 60000km for three years as the car cycle, calculate the total cost of Corolla dual engine maintenance, about 3408 yuan, an average of 1136 yuan per year. It can be seen that the total cost of Corolla Dual Engine maintenance is nearly 1,000 yuan cheaper than Qin PLUS DM-i, mainly because the Corolla Dual Engine maintenance and accessories replacement cycle are relatively long.

We add up the insurance cost, maintenance cost and energy consumption, and we can calculate that the cost of qin PLUS DM-i for three years to drive 60,000km is about 39,455 yuan, an average of about 13,152 yuan per year, and an average of about 1,096 yuan per month.
