According to Mr. Xu's father-in-law, he came out of the garage in the morning, the car flew out, and there was no response when he stepped on the brakes. Mr. Xu found the after-sales inquiry about the reason for the brake failure and the lack of intelligent prompts, and the after-sales said that the brake failure was not their responsibility and was not solved; as for the intelligent prompts that were not given, the answer given by the other party was that the reason why there was no auxiliary alarm was because the speed of the car at the time of the incident did not reach the auxiliary alarm value.
Mr. Xu was disappointed, he said: "Do you have to wait until serious consequences occur before calling the police?" So what's the point. In the two months after the incident, Mr. Xu fell into a difficult situation of rights protection. He first asked Xiaopeng Automobile to find a third-party agency to do a comprehensive vehicle appraisal, including a vehicle curve and chart analysis of the front and rear half an hour, and the other party said that it was okay to do the appraisal, but Mr. Xu needed to pay for the car first.
Later, Mr. Xu found the Consumer Association again, and the other party accepted the incident, but Xiaopeng still came to the conclusion that it was caused by personal reasons and let Mr. Xu sue himself. Mr. Xu consulted the legal hotline again, and the other party said that if the legal route is divided into two types, one-to-one can take as soon as three months, and one-to-many may take half a year. "I was exhausted by the toss, and I had to take care of the elderly in the family, which was really lacking in skills."
In desperation, on February 10 this year, Mr. Xu sent the car for repair, but after the repair was returned, did he dare to drive it?
