In a joint statement, car owners argued that the incident was a design flaw in the EQC vehicle and put an unqualified product on the market, questioning the reason for the previous recall. At the same time, after the replacement of the motor, the registration date of the vehicle driving license will also be changed, resulting in a decrease in the vehicle retention rate. In addition, there are still nearly half a year before the recall, during which the safety of the owner of the co-branded car cannot be guaranteed.
