The statement said that due to the unilateral extension of the delivery date of its Cyber Tank 300 for many times, its 3,000 prospective owners jointly put forward six major demands on it, including ensuring the final delivery period, determining the compensation plan, and announcing the progress of car construction.
Charge a high deposit
It is reported that the Tank 300 Cyberpunk Edition is a modified car released by Great Wall and Chaojing Automobile at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2021, with an official price of 308,000 yuan and a limited edition of 3,000 vehicles.
According to public information, Chaojing Automobile is a car modification company, Cyber Tank 300 is a model modified by Chaojing Automobile on the basis of the Tank 300 model of Great Wall Motors, because the hardcore off-road vehicle looks more "cool" after modification, and it is sold in limited quantities. Within an hour of booking, 3,000 Cybertron 300s were sold out.

However, according to the official news of Chaojing Automobile, its Cyber Tank 300 model was officially announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China in mid-September last year, and at the end of September, the car officially entered the quasi-mass production stage.
This means that the Cyber Tank 300 has not produced a single vehicle in the 4 months since its release.
The vehicle deposit charged by Overflight Auto is not cheap. According to the reporter's understanding, at the beginning, the deposit of the Cyber Tank 300 was 20,000 yuan / person, and the total deposit of the 3,000 prospective owners was 60 million yuan.
In October 2021, Chaojing Automobile issued another announcement, requiring the owner to pay the final payment of 283,000 yuan, and according to the joint statement of the owners, as of that time, the owners including the owners of the loan had paid the full amount of about 1,500 owners, which was about 420 million yuan.
According to rough calculations, Chaojing Auto has collected nearly 480 million yuan from the owner, but the delivery time is uncertain.
Delivery is delayed again and again
According to the official news of Overflight Auto, the first prototype car of the Cyber Tank 300 was officially rolled off the production line on October 15, 2021.
At that time, regarding the delivery time, Chaojing Automobile said that it will start offline delivery from December 11, 2021, and it is expected to complete the delivery of all quantities (3,000 vehicles) before the Spring Festival in 2022.
But in fact, the delivery time of the Cyber tank has changed again and again. On December 4, 2021, Chaojian Automobile said that during the preparation for mass production, the Cyber tank 300 had a missing core problem, and the delivery time was changed to December 27.
The adjustment caused dissatisfaction among some owners, and When inviting owners to visit the factory on December 11 and 12, Chaojing Automobile promised to ensure that 3,000 Cybertron Tanks 300 were produced by January 15, 2022 and fully delivered by January 31, 2022.
However, some car owners do not buy this statement. On December 13 last year, some netizens posted "ask" the transcendent car again, "Can mass production be done?" "What is the compensation scheme for deferred delivery?"
On January 5, Chaojing Automobile issued a statement saying that it would give subsidies of 3,000 yuan, 1,500 yuan and 300 yuan to users who paid the full amount, the user who paid the financial down payment and the user who paid the large deposit respectively. At the same time, if the user chooses to refund and terminate the contract, the vehicle payment will be refunded within 3 working days from the date of contract cancellation.
At the same time, it said that it expects the overall delivery of the Cyber tank 300 to gradually increase in January 2022.
However, The Overcrowded Car did not clearly indicate in the statement when the Cyber Tank 300 will be delivered, nor did it mention the specific scheduling.
In fact, the production of the Cyber tank 300 is not optimistic. According to official sources, at the end of November, 30 pre-batch commissioning vehicles of the Cyber Tank 300 had just completed the roll-off line at the Chongqing Smart Factory of Great Wall Motor.
According to the joint statement of 3,000 cyber tank 300 owners, the cumulative number of deliveries of overflight vehicles from the delivery time announced by Overflights Automobile (December 27 last year) to January 4, 2022 is less than 30.
