During the 13th National People's Congress, Li Shufu, chairman of Geely Holding Group, made suggestions on increasing the construction of electric vehicle replacement system. Among them, suggestions were put forward on the dilemma at this stage, including further improving the relevant policies and regulations of power exchange models, accelerating the standardization of power exchange models, and generalization.

Coincidentally, recently, multiple departments in Jiangsu Province jointly issued the "Jiangsu Province New Energy Vehicle Charging (Replacement) Facilities Construction and Operation Management Measures". It aims to put forward clear requirements for the site selection basis, quality and safety, operation specifications, battery standards, vehicle (station) interchange, acceptance methods, safety supervision, etc. of the new energy vehicle replacement power station, and to achieve a breakthrough in the new energy vehicle power exchange without regulations, standards and policies.

In terms of battery manufacturers, since January this year, the battery giant Ningde era has frequently started in the field of power exchange. It can be seen from a series of actions such as the release of the new brand of power exchange service, the establishment of a demonstration and operation of the application of heavy trucks in Fujian Province, and the joint construction of a high-speed power exchange network in Fujian Province, that the layout of the power exchange business in the Ningde era will be rapidly and comprehensively carried out in the field of passenger cars and logistics vehicles.
