Unlike the 200 Zhiji L7 Beta Experience Edition that was previously off the production line, this time Zhiji Car completely locked the hardware configuration on the L7 and officially entered the SOP mass production stage.
"After several rounds of iterative upgrades, Zhiji L7 full hardware locked, which indicates that the domestic top-stream hardware in the era of Zhidian has entered the mass production stage." All along, Zhiji Automobile has been sprinting forward under pressure. Full hardware locking, into the mass production stage
Material grabbing, automatic welding, zhiji car black light factory, rows of robotic arms rhythmically dancing up and down, the movement is coherent. The reporter saw that in the SAIC Lingang Intelligent Factory, the body dome, frameless doors, and front and rear tires of the Zhiji L7 have been fully automatically installed.
"These two months, for the production line, are the run-in period." Jin Weifeng, director of the quality and delivery department of Zhiji Automobile, told reporters that they made full use of the time of day shift and night shift to debug the equipment day and night to ensure the stable operation of the production line after mass production.
For cars with physical attributes, each additional function on the car is defined by hardware. For example, to add a wiper function, you need to add a controller hardware and wiper hardware. The hardware lock of the Zhiji L7 officially announced that the product is about to roll off the production line in large quantities.
In fact, moving towards the word "luxury" is not an easy task. "In the two months of the final sprint, we optimized and changed 60-70 pieces of hardware." For example, Jin Weifeng said that around the enhancement of the sense of luxury and luxury of the whole vehicle, at the last moment, Zhiji Automobile added a luggage compartment trim, which was not available on the Zhiji L7 Beta Experience Edition. "We have added a velveted trim by comparing it with a million-dollar luxury car, and when the user opens the trunk, it is obvious that the quality of the vehicle is higher."
After listening to suggestions from many parties, including "adding physical buttons to the seat to facilitate the use of all kinds of people", it became the last batch of projects closed before the mass production of zhiji L7.
Super sense of driving control, set a new benchmark in the industry

It is reported that the mass production version of Zhiji L7 takes the lead in locking the top driving control configuration of the Zhidian era, creating a new experience of pursuing the ultimate driving control pleasure in the era of electric vehicles.
For example, the mass production version of Zhiji L7 will be equipped with a customized black standard version of high-power magnesium alloy direct waterfall oil-cooled motor, with a power density of 3.03kW/kg, releasing more than twice the power of the same level of luxury fuel vehicles, refreshing the highest motor power output on the global 400V voltage platform.

Under complex road conditions, Zhiji L7 can also intelligently adjust the softness and hardness of CDC, bringing users more comfortable driving enjoyment.
Kang Fei told reporters that in order to create this ultimate driving control experience, Zhiji Automobile invested a lot of costs and continuously promoted hardware iteration with real vehicle verification. Among them, the expensive CDC scrap exceeded 4,000, and the result was that Zhiji was equipped with a Pro version of the high-rigidity CDC with the internal code name "Golden Hoop Stick".

It is worth mentioning that Zhiji Automobile has cooperated with the WAE Williams Forward-looking Engineering Team to transfer its rich experience in tuning top performance vehicles to empower Zhiji L7 to be the world's top electrified chassis hardware, so that the L7 can climb to the top and control the peak. In the track experience, the intelligent L7's extra-long body can move freely.
