It is also possible not to drift, but the coach said that the speed of drifting will be faster, and it is coming, is there a reason not to drift?
Integrated track: Complete a comprehensive track composed of multiple different sizes of bends, there are no special rules, the faster the better.
Precision braking: There are 2 points standards, the first is acceleration timing, the second is precision brake scoring, the braking distance needs to be controlled within 100 meters, the closer to 100 meters the higher the score.
Lightly pedal to lightly hit the direction
The X-Trail models were chosen both on the Figure 8 Drift and on the comprehensive track, and the crew has replaced them with nail tires. Frankly, I really don't have much experience with drifting, especially on snow, and any operational error will result in spins.
The basic essential of drift is to reach a certain speed, hit the direction of the bend, at this time the rear wheel of the vehicle will instantly lose adhesion, grasp the timing of this moment, reverse the direction, and precisely control the throttle and direction.
The point is, how much direction to hit the bend and how much oil to give after the drift is a process that needs to be explored by yourself.
One thing to commend is that the difficulty of Qijun's floating is not very large, as long as the steering wheel is slightly hit, the four-wheel drive system can immediately get to my determination to drift and output most of the power to the rear wheel.
However, it is relatively difficult to maintain the drift angle of the body, and the two key points here are the need for the transmission to lock the gear and the four-wheel drive system to distribute the torque between the front and rear wheels.
However, when I felt that the drift angle was too large and immediately hit the steering wheel, the four-wheel drive system did not seem to immediately deliver power to the front wheels to correct my posture. Of course, this also has a lot to do with my movement of hitting the direction when I am floating, and once the action is too large, it is easy to cause spin.
However, for an urban SUV, it is indeed a little difficult to rely entirely on its four-wheel drive system to correct your drift posture.
Therefore, if you want To let QiJun complete a relatively perfect drifting work, remember that the angle of the direction must be small when floating. This process still requires you to constantly grope, and you will find the feeling by running a few more laps.
One of the mistakes I made on the integrated track was to turn on the VDC function (similar to the ESP principle). At first I thought that since the comprehensive track is pursuing speed, it is easy to rush out of the track or spin when cornering, because the snow is slippery.
But when it comes to actually running, as long as the tail is slightly restless, the limit slip will immediately intervene and cut off the oil, and the posture is corrected, but it also wastes a lot of time.
To win the game, you still have to turn off the VDC function and then use the wiring inside and outside to increase the lap speed. However, because the track is slippery, hitting the direction lightly when cornering may lead to tail swinging, so in addition to obediently walking the line, we must slow down the bend and quickly exit the corner, and strive to win time in the straight line.
The last one is 100 km acceleration and precision braking, and the model is also replaced by Lou Lan, using snow tires instead of nail tires.
The most important thing to pay attention to in the ice acceleration is that it cannot be kicked on the throttle to the end in the state of the vehicle stationary, which will make the tire instantly break through the grip limit and idling in place, the power is lost in vain, and the acceleration will not be fast.
The correct operation should be to start slowly to give oil to slowly accelerate, after the tire has fully gained grip, and then go deep on the accelerator to complete the entire acceleration process.
Braking on the ice is also a skill, and it is not advisable to stomp on the brake with one foot, which will make the tire lock and lead to a long-distance taxi. The correct approach should be to brake slowly, and if necessary, point braking can be used to give the wheels full grip and thus avoid danger.
Stabilize the throttle
The second half was a jungle crossing, a project that tested the vehicle's passability and four-wheel drive capabilities, with the participation of X-Trail, Tudler and Tule. The jungle is deep in snow, and there are various potholes, cross-axis and other road conditions, if there is no excellent four-wheel drive system, it is not recommended that you try it easily.
X-Trail is equipped with a 4×4-i intelligent four-wheel drive system, the operation is relatively simple, just need to switch the driving mode to snow mode, you just have to stabilize the throttle, grasp the direction, everything else to this intelligent four-wheel drive system. The system intelligently distributes the torque of the front and rear wheels according to the road conditions and driving conditions, making it adjust between 100:0 and 50:50.
There are two things to be aware of when driving through the jungle with deep snow. During this period, the engine did not show hoarse exhaustion, and the stability of the movement and the level of power were not too problematic. At the same time, the B-LSD electronic brake differential lock can quickly brake the wheel on the slip side and transmit the power to the other side of the coaxial wheel, which plays a great role in road conditions such as crossover axle.
In addition to QiJun, but also experienced a Tuda and Tule respectively, to say that the pass is definitely not Tule, after all, 4.0L V6, full-time four-wheel drive, central differential lock, rear axle differential lock and other strong hardware placed here, basically a little to the throttle, strong low torque is enough to make Tule in the snow like a flat ground.

In addition, Tuda uses a time-sharing four-wheel drive system, in the two-wheel drive state, for the rear drive form, at this time to deal with most of the snow road conditions is still not a big problem, and the playability will be higher than the four wheel drive, but the need for excellent technology, beginners or obediently cut back to the four wheel drive is more secure.
Before entering the snowy sahuan, we also drove 5 km of downtown roads and 80 km of highway.
