IT House February 22 news, according to Windows Latest reported that last year, the deployment requirements announced when Windows 11 was launched caused some serious debate, microsoft said that these restrictions are for security reasons. Microsoft's decision infuriated many users who were looking forward to Windows 11, and they also explored and discovered some workarounds to bypass the restrictions.

Even if your device doesn't meet the requirements, it's possible to force the Windows 11 operating system to install on your device. In fact, Microsoft has an official registry hack that bypasses TPM and CPU checks in the installation assistant to install Windows 11 on any hardware capable of running Windows 10.

In the same document, Microsoft warned that devices that fail to meet the requirements will no longer be guaranteed to receive updates. Microsoft also concluded that it is not "recommended" to force the installation of Windows 11 because these configuration requirements ensure better performance and security.

If you've installed Windows 11 on an unsupported device, you might soon notice a new watermark on your desktop that says "System requirements not met Windows 11 Pro." This watermark appears above the taskbar clock and resembles a "Windows Not Activated" error, but it doesn't affect applications, windows, or web browsers.

The watermark on the desktop simply says "System requirements not met," but may irritate some users, who Microsoft has previously warned could suffer "damage."

As you can see in the screenshot, the warning will also appear within the Settings app, which will alert users that their devices are not officially supported.

Currently, you'll find these warnings in two places – desktop and settings application. But these notifications can be safely ignored, and they don't affect the entire user experience because the watermark is limited to the desktop or settings page.

There is no indication that Microsoft is planning to display an "unsupported device" warning on open apps.

It's worth noting that Microsoft is A/B testing the new watermark in Windows 11 Build 22557, which may appear in production builds with updates to Sun Valley 2.

Not supported for the future of Windows 11 PCs

Microsoft has also implemented a pop-up window that appears when installing the operating system and tells users the disadvantages of installing Windows 11 on PCs that fail to meet the minimum specifications.

The pop-up makes it clear that if you continue to install Windows 11 on an unsupported PC, you may have compatibility issues, "possible compromises," and other issues.

In addition, Microsoft has confirmed that it does not provide any guarantee of regular, even critical, security updates for unsupported Windows 11 devices.
