Du Baorui is a Distinguished Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, who teaches in the Department of Philosophy and is also the director of the Research Center for Chinese Studies Education in the Faculty of Humanities. The main teacher of Baopu Lecture Hall. His research interests include pre-Qin Confucianism, Taoist philosophy, Song Ming Confucianism, etc., and his major works include Confucianism in the Northern Song Dynasty, The Concept of Truth in Chinese Philosophy of Life, and The Communion and Application of Chinese Philosophy.
