In May this year, the 38th issue of this volume of Captain Marvel will be published, in which Carol Danfoss disappeared from the universe, and the energy avatar "Double Star", who appeared in the previous story "The Last Surprise", will replace her as Captain Marvel. Recently, the official cover drawn by artist R.B. Silva was released on the official Marvel website, paying tribute to the cover of the first issue of this volume drawn by the artist Ms. Amanda Conner. Artist Russell Dauterman designed the image for the new hero, adding modern elements to the original "double star" image designed by the elder painter Dave Cockrum to enjoy together.
The new story unit, titled Trials, is still written by Eisner Award-winning screenwriter Ms. Kelly Thompson, painted by artist Juan Frigeri and colored by colorist Alvaro Lopez. After Carol disappeared, the double star filled her vacancy, but it was not easy to take over a "strongest hero in the world". Double Star immerses herself in a world she barely knows, and the question of who she really is needs to be answered. And, where did Captain Marvel go?
