On February 9, the Changning County Education and Sports Bureau, the County Public Security Bureau, the County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and other departments formed an inspection team to carry out special winter vacation management of off-campus training institutions, consolidate the results of "double reduction", and standardize the school-running behavior of off-campus training institutions.

The inspection team has successively conducted on-site inspections of 12 non-disciplinary off-campus training institutions in the compulsory education stage and 3 discipline-based off-campus training institutions that have been cancelled in the compulsory education stage. Through looking at the scene, checking materials, checking work and rest time, checking the curriculum, and following up with parents, the focus is on checking the situation of running schools without a license, carrying out discipline training in disguise, epidemic prevention and control, fire safety, teachers without qualifications, hiring public teachers in violation of regulations, fee supervision, failure to sign the "Off-campus Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students", and irregularities in enrollment brochures and advertising filings.
In view of the existing problems, the inspection team issued 12 rectification notices, ordered the "unlicensed and unlicensed" institution to stop running 1 school, created a standardized and orderly training environment, and protected the legitimate rights and interests of parents and students.
In the next step, Changning County will strictly implement the "double reduction" work deployment requirements, establish a long-term mechanism and rapid response mechanism to standardize the school-running behavior of off-campus training institutions, increase the supervision and exposure of off-campus training institutions, so that they can be found together, disposed of together, and reported together, forming a high-pressure situation of rectification according to law, effectively reducing the burden of off-campus training for primary and secondary school students, and focusing on building a good education ecology.
