A friend asked me, what eye diseases can be treated by massaging the eyes? I think most people understand that eye massage starts with eye exercises, it is true that there are many acupuncture points around our eyes, when our eyes are tired, massaging these acupuncture points can obviously relieve fatigue and make our eyes feel more comfortable. But if such massage can treat which eye diseases, such as myopia, cataracts, floaters, presbyopia, then I am afraid there is no common answer.
Because at present, there is no consensus on the statement that each family has its own family. From this point of view, at least it shows that there is no strong evidence-based medical evidence that such eye massage can treat eye diseases.
Another point, as I said before, is that our eyes are an untenable organ, very delicate, such as the cornea, that is, the middle of the black eyeball, which is 0.5 mm on average.
